Terms and Conditions for Qatar Privilege Members:

The following promotional offer has been arranged for the benefit of Qatar Airways Privilege Club members only (each a “Member” and together the “Members”), and is provided by Value Retail Management Limited (“Value Retail”). The terms and conditions that apply to this offer are:

1. Period of Promotion:

a. This offer is available to Members during the period 01 February 2024 to 29 February 2024 only (the “Period of Promotion”), and is available 7 days a week during the Period of Promotion.

2. Participating Villages

a. This promotional offer is available at Bicester Village, Ingolstadt Village, Wertheim Village, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village, Kildare Village, Fidenza Village, Maasmechelen Village and La Vallee Village (collectively the “Participating Villages” and each a “Participating Village”).

3. Double Avios Offer

a. Members who, during the Period of Promotion, present:   i. their Qatar Privilege membership card together with their invitation to this promotional offer; and  ii. their receipts for the purchase of goods (including food and beverages) made by a Member at one of the various boutiques at a Participating Village (“Qualifying Purchases”),  shall be entitled to receive two (2) Avios points instead of the usual one (1) Avios point for every £1 or €1 spent  (the “Double Avios Offer”). 

b. Claims for this Double Avios Offer can only be made:  i. at the Guest Concierge in the respective Participating Village on the date the Qualifying Purchases are made; or   ii. digitally within 24 hours of the date of the Qualifying Purchases by following the procedure detailed at the following link: https://www.thebicestercollection.com/en/legal/loyalty-programmes-tcs.

c. Subject to paragraph 3(b)(ii), no retroactive claims will be permitted in connection with this Double Avios Offer.  

d. This Double Avios Offer is not available to Members who have exceeded the Annual Threshold set out at paragraph 6(c) below. 

e. Subject to paragraph 3(d), there is no limit on the number of redemptions of the Double Avios Offer.  

3. VIP/ E-VIP Offer:

a. Members who present their Qatar Privilege membership card together with a digital /physical boarding pass or a digital/physical flight ticket receipt of any flight of Qatar Airways with a departure date between 01 February 2024 and 29 February 2024 in the Member’s name at the Guest Concierge at a Participating Village, will (subject to availability and any "blackout periods" that may apply at a Participating Village), be entitled to receive a complimentary VIP Card or an eVIP QR code, which will provide them with a 10% reduction in selected boutiques at Participating Villages (the “VIP Offer”).

c. Not all boutiques in a Participating Village participate in the VIP Offer and restrictions and exceptions apply in some boutiques. The identities of the participating boutiques, and such terms and conditions will be supplied upon issue of the VIP Card/ eVIP QR code and are also available online in the QR code app or upon request at the relevant Participating Village Guest Concierge and on the relevant Participating Village website.

d. The VIP Offer is non-transferable and is only valid for use by the person to whom it is issued. The VIP Offer has no cash value and is not for sale or resale. The eVIP QR code will become invalid if tampered with in any way.

e. The VIP Card is only valid on the date of issue and at the Participating Village in which it is issued, and can only be used once in each participating boutique.

f. The eVIP QR code is only available to use for a period of up to 24 hours from the first purchase made using the eVIP QR code in the Participating Village.

g. The VIP Offer cannot be used for previously made purchases.

h. The VIP Offer is only for use at the participating boutiques at the Participating Village for which the VIP Card or eVIP QR code is issued, and must be presented at the time of purchase in order to receive the benefit of the 10% reduction. The Member acknowledges that some of the participating boutiques may not be operating on the day of use. There may also be recently opened boutiques which are not listed and the Member should enquire at the relevant Participating Village Guest Concierge for details. i. The VIP Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions or offers and will not be available during “further reduction” or “blackout” periods, when an alternative gift may be offered. Full details of any “blackout” periods when the VIP Offer will not be available will be provided at the relevant Participating Village Guest Concierge and can also be accessed on the relevant Participating Village website.

j. Value Retail acts as the agent of the participating boutiques at all times and the VIP Offer creates no contractual relationship between Value Retail and the Member in relation to the discount offered by VIP Offer or otherwise. The Member shall have no right, and waives any ability the Member may have to make any claim against Value Retail in the event that a participating boutique fails to honour the VIP Offer, and the Member’s only remedy in that situation is to claim against the participating boutique.

k. Value Retail does not: (a) take any responsibility for the prices at which the participating boutique advertises or sells the goods from time to time; or (b) give any warranties regarding the goods (including without limitation the quality thereof) that the Member may obtain with the VIP Offer at the relevant participating boutique.

4. VIP/ E-VIP Offer:

a. The following are the “Benefits Offers”: i. “The Apartment” being the exclusive (by appointment only) luxury hospitality lounges located at the Participating Villages; ii. “Hands-free Shopping” being Value Retail’s shopping service which enables Members to shop at their favourite boutiques and collect their purchases from a central location at the end of their visit to a Participating Village; and iii. “Personal Shopping” being a service which provides help and assistance to Members to purchase clothing and accessories, either by accompanying the Member whilst shopping in a Participating Village or by shopping on behalf of the Member.

b. The Benefits Offers are available at Participating Villages for Members who: i. book the Benefits Offers by sending an email to the email address for the relevant Participating Village set out at Schedule 1 at least 48 hours in advance of the Member’s arrival at a Participating Village; and ii. show proof of their Qatar Privilege membership and their invitation to this promotional offer; and iii. show proof of their digital /physical boarding pass or a digital/physical flight ticket receipt of any business or first class flight of Qatar Airways with a departure date between 01 February 2024 and 29 February 2024 in the Member’s name.

c. Access to The Apartment will be restricted to the hours of use communicated at the Guest Concierge or in the Member’s booking confirmation.

d. Access to the Benefits Offers is subject to availability and the Benefits Offers are only valid on the date and at the times of the booking confirmation.

5. Access to The Apartment, Hands-free Shopping and Personal Shopping offer:

6. General

a. Members acknowledge that Value Retail will need to collect and process the Member’s personal data (which may include their name, membership card number (or a part thereof), transactional spend, place of residence, gender, date of birth, email address, land and/or mobile numbers and other contact details as may be required by Value Retail or by their partners or the participating boutiques) to enable the Double Avios Offer to be redeemed for the benefit of the Member for the purposes of tracking the levels of a Member’s spend at the Participating Villages to assess whether the Annual Threshold has been met (see paragraph 6(c) below).

b. c. Value Retail maintains records of the collective annual spend made by Members in Participating Villages which is redeemed for Avios points. Where a Member has applied for Avios points and, at any point within a calendar year, the Member’s collective annual spend at the Participating Villages during that year which is associated with the redemption of Avios points is equal to or exceeds £/€ 30,000 (the “Annual Threshold”) then the rate at which the Avios points will be awarded for that Member for the remainder of that year will be a reduced rate of one (1) Avios point for every £5 or €5 spent. The Double Avios Offer will not be available to Members who have exceeded the Annual Threshold.

d. Value Retail reserves the right to refuse to award any Avios points under the Double Avios Offer in cases of actual or suspected fraud.

e. The right to benefit from the Double Avios Offer is personal to the recipient of an invitation, and may not be transferred. The invitation may not be copied, reproduced or distributed in any form, or by any means for use by a person other than the original recipient.

f. The Double Avios Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon or other voucher. Any receipts for Qualifying Purchases used in conjunction with this offer may not then be used to claim miles or points in respect of other loyalty partners/programmes.

g. The benefits granted by the Double Avios Offer cannot be exchanged for cash. h. Value Retail reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the Double Avios Offer for any reason at any time. i. Value Retail will not be liable to the Member for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the Double Avios Offer, or any failure or inability of the Member to take advantage of the Double Avios Offer.
