TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ROYAL ORCHIRD PLUS MEMBERS

The following promotional offer has been arranged for the benefit of Royal Orchid Plus members only (collectively, “Members” and each a “Member”), and is provided by Value Retail Management Limited (“Value Retail”). The terms and conditions that apply to this offer are:

1. Period of Promotion:

This promotional offer is available to Members during the period 01 April 2025 to 15 May 2025 (inclusive) only (the “Period of Promotion”), and is available 7 days a week.

2. Participating Villages:

This promotional offer is available at one of: Bicester Village; Ingolstadt Village; Wertheim Village; La Roca Village; Las Rozas Village; Kildare Village; Fidenza Village; Maasmechelen Village; or La Vallee Village (collectively the “Participating Villages” and individually a “Participating Village”).

3. Triple Miles Offer:

a. Triple Miles Offer #1: i. Triple Miles Offer #1 is available at Bicester Village and La Vallee Village only (the “Offer #1 Villages”) for Members who, during the Period of Promotion, present: (i) proof of their Royal Orchid Plus membership together with their offer email/invitation for this promotional offer; and (ii) their receipts for the purchase of goods (including food and beverages) made by a Member at one or a number of various boutiques in an Offer #1 Village which amount to a collective minimum spend of £/€300 (“Qualifying Purchases”), shall be entitled to receive three point seven five (3.75) Royal Orchid Plus Miles instead of the usual one point two five (1.25) Royal Orchid Plus Mile for every £1 or €1 spent (the “Triple Miles Offer #1”). b. Triple Miles Offer #2: i. Triple Miles Offer #2 is available at Ingolstadt Village, Wertheim Village, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village, Kildare Village, Fidenza Village and Maasmechelen Village only (the “Offer #2 Villages”) for Members who, during the Period of Promotion, present: (i) proof of their Royal Orchid Plus membership together with their offer email/invitation for this promotional offer; and (ii) their receipts for the purchase of goods (including food and beverages) made by a Member at one or a number of various boutiques in an Offer #1 Village which amount to a collective minimum spend of £/€200 (“Qualifying Purchases”), shall be entitled to receive three point seven five (3.75) Royal Orchid Plus Miles instead of the usual one point two five (1.25) Royal Orchid Plus Mile for every £1 or €1 spent (the “Triple Miles Offer #2”). c. Claims for the above Triple Miles Offers can only be made: i. at the Guest Concierge in the respective Offer #1 Village or Offer #2 Village in which the Qualifying Purchases are made (as appropriate) on the date the Qualifying Purchases are made; or ii. digitally within 24 hours of the date of the Qualifying Purchases by following the procedure detailed at the following link https://www.thebicestercollection.com/en/legal/loyalty-programmes-tcs. d. Subject to paragraph 3.c.ii, no retroactive claims will be permitted in connection with the Triple Miles Offer. e. There is no limit on the number of redemptions of the Triple Miles Offers.

4. General

a. Members acknowledge that Value Retail will need to collect and process the Member’s personal data (which may include their name, membership card number (or a part thereof), transactional spend, place of residence, gender, date of birth, email address, land and/or mobile numbers and other contact details as may be required by Value Retail or by their partners or the participating boutiques) to enable the Triple Miles Offer to be redeemed for the benefit of the Member. b. Value Retail reserves the right to refuse to award any Royal Orchid Plus Miles under the Triple Miles Offer in cases of actual or suspected fraud. d. The right to benefit from the Triple Miles Offer is personal to the recipient of an invitation, and may not be transferred. The invitation may not be copied, reproduced or distributed in any form, or by any means for use by a person other than the original recipient. e. The Triple Miles Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon or other voucher. Any receipts for Qualifying Purchases used in conjunction with the Triple Miles Offer may not then be used to claim miles or points in respect of other loyalty partners/programmes. f. The benefits granted by the Triple Miles Offer cannot be exchanged for cash. g. Value Retail reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the Triple Miles Offer for any reason at any time. h. Value Retail will not be liable to the Member for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the Triple Miles Offer, or any failure or inability of the Member to take advantage of the Triple Miles Offer. i.
