Terms and Conditions for Royal Orchid Plus Members

The following promotional offer has been arranged for the benefit of Royal Orchid Plus members only (each a "Member" and together the "Members"), and is provided by Value Retail Management Limited ("Value Retail"). The terms and conditions that apply to this offer are:

Period of Promotion

  • This promotional offer is available to Members during the period 01 April 2025 to 15 May 2025 (inclusive) only (the "Period of Promotion"), and is available 7 days a week.

Participating Villages

  • This promotional offer is available at one of:
    • Bicester Village
    • Ingolstadt Village
    • Wertheim Village
    • La Roca Village
    • Las Rozas Village
    • Kildare Village
    • Fidenza Village
    • Maasmechelen Village
    • La Vallee Village

(collectively the "Participating Villages" and individually a "Participating Village").

Triple Miles Offer

Triple Miles Offer #1
  • Available at Bicester Village and La Vallee Village only (the "Offer #1 Villages") for Members who, during the Period of Promotion, present:
    1. Proof of their Royal Orchid Plus membership together with their offer email/invitation for this promotional offer; and
    2. Receipts for the purchase of goods (including food and beverages) made by a Member at one or a number of various boutiques in an Offer #1 Village which amount to a collective minimum spend of £/€300 ("Qualifying Purchases").
  • Members shall be entitled to receive 3.75 Royal Orchid Plus Miles instead of the usual 1.25 Royal Orchid Plus Mile for every £1 or €1 spent (the "Double Miles Offer #1").
Triple Miles Offer #2
  • Available at Ingolstadt Village, Wertheim Village, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village, Kildare Village, Fidenza Village, and Maasmechelen Village only (the "Offer #2 Villages") for Members who, during the Period of Promotion, present:
    1. Proof of their Royal Orchid Plus membership together with their offer email/invitation for this promotional offer; and
    2. Receipts for the purchase of goods (including food and beverages) made by a Member at one or a number of various boutiques in an Offer #2 Village which amount to a collective minimum spend of £/€200 ("Qualifying Purchases").
  • Members shall be entitled to receive 3.75 Royal Orchid Plus Miles instead of the usual 1.25 Royal Orchid Plus Mile for every £1 or €1 spent (the "Double Miles Offer #2").
Claims for Triple Miles Offers
  • Can only be made:
    1. At the Guest Concierge in the respective Offer #1 Village or Offer #2 Village on the date the Qualifying Purchases are made; or
    2. Digitally within 24 hours of the Qualifying Purchases by following the procedure detailed at: Loyalty Programmes T&Cs.
  • No retroactive claims will be permitted.
  • There is no limit on the number of redemptions.

General

  • Members acknowledge that Value Retail will collect and process personal data including:

    • Name
    • Membership card number (or part thereof)
    • Transactional spend
    • Place of residence
    • Gender
    • Date of birth
    • Contact details (email, landline, mobile numbers)

  • All data collection will comply with Value Retail’s Privacy Policy and the respective village’s privacy policies:

  • Value Retail reserves the right to:

    • Refuse to award Royal Orchid Plus Miles in cases of fraud.
    • Withdraw or cancel the Double Miles Offer at any time.

  • The Double Miles Offer:

    • Is non-transferable and personal to the invitation recipient.
    • Cannot be used with other special offers, coupons, or vouchers.
    • Cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Value Retail will not be liable for financial loss due to:

    • Refusal, cancellation, or withdrawal of the offer.
    • Failure or inability to take advantage of the offer.
