Terms and Conditions for Saudia AlFursan Members
The following promotional offers have been arranged for the benefit of Saudia AlFursan Members only (each a “Member” and together the “Members”), and are provided by Value Retail Management Limited (“Value Retail”). The terms and conditions that apply to these offers are:
1. Period of Promotion
The promotional offers detailed below are available to Members during the period 01 June 2025 – 31 July April 2025 only (the “Period of Promotion”), and are available 7 days a week.
2. Participating Villages
These promotional offers are available only once per Member at one of: Bicester Village; Ingolstadt Village; Wertheim Village; La Roca Village; Las Rozas Village; Kildare Village; Fidenza Village; Maasmechelen Village; or La Vallee Village (each a “Participating Village” and collectively the “Participating Villages”).
3. Double Miles Offer
a. Members who, during the Period 01 June 2025 – 30 June 2025, present: i. proof of their Saudia AlFursan membership together with their offer email/invitation for this promotional offer; and ii. their receipts for the purchase of goods (including food and beverages) made by a Member at one or a number of various boutiques in a Participating Village which amount to a collective minimum spend of £/€1000 (“Qualifying Purchases”), shall be entitled to receive two (2) Saudia AlFursan Miles instead of the usual one (1) Saudia AlFursan Mile for every £1 or €1 spent (the “Double Miles Offer”).
b. Claims for the Double Miles Offer can only be made: i. at the Guest Concierge in the respective Participating Village on the date the Qualifying Purchases are made; or ii. digitally within 24 hours of the date of the Qualifying Purchases by following the procedure detailed at the following link https://www.thebicestercollection.com/en/legal/loyalty-programmes-tcs.
c. Subject to paragraph 3.b.ii, no retroactive claims will be permitted in connection with the Double Miles Offer.
d. This Double Miles Offer is not available to Members who have exceeded the Annual Threshold set out at paragraph 6.b below.
e. This Double Miles Offer can only be redeemed once per Member at one of the Participating Villages.
4. Triple Miles Offer
a. Members who, during the Period of 01 July 2025 – 31 July 2025, present: i. proof of their Saudia AlFursan membership together with their offer email/invitation for this promotional offer; and ii. their receipts for the purchase of goods (including food and beverages) made by a Member at one or a number of various boutiques in a Participating Village which amount to a collective minimum spend of £/€1000 (“Qualifying Purchases”), shall be entitled to receive three (3) Saudia AlFursan Miles instead of the usual one (1) Saudia AlFursan Mile for every £1 or €1 spent (the “Triple Miles Offer”).
b. Claims for the Triple Miles Offer can only be made: i. at the Guest Concierge in the respective Participating Village on the date the Qualifying Purchases are made; or ii. digitally within 24 hours of the date of the Qualifying Purchases by following the procedure detailed at the following link https://www.thebicestercollection.com/en/legal/loyalty-programmes-tcs.
c. Subject to paragraph 4.b.ii, no retroactive claims will be permitted in connection with the Triple Miles Offer.
d. This Triple Miles Offer is not available to Members who have exceeded the Annual Threshold set out at paragraph 6.b below.
e. This Triple Miles Offer can only be redeemed once per Member at one of the Participating Villages.
5. VIP/ E-VIP Offer
a. Members who present their Saudia AlFursan membership card together with a digital /physical boarding pass or a digital/physical flight ticket receipt of a Saudia Business or First Class flight travelling from GCC or India with a departure date between 1 June 2025 and 31 July 2025 in the Member’s name at the Guest Concierge at only La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village or Fidenza Village will (subject to availability and any "blackout periods" that may apply at a Participating Village) be entitled to receive a complimentary VIP Card or an eVIP QR code, which will provide them with a 10% reduction in selected boutiques at Participating Villages (“VIP Offer”).
b. Full terms and conditions apply concerning the availability and use of the VIP Offer which can be found at https://www.thebicestercollection.com/en/legal/loyalty-programmes-tcs.
c. Not all boutiques in a Participating Village participate in the VIP Offer and restrictions and exceptions apply in some boutiques. The identities of the participating boutiques, and such terms and conditions will be supplied upon issue of the VIP Card/ eVIP QR code and are also available online in the QR code app or upon request at the relevant Participating Village Guest Concierge and on the relevant Participating Village website.
d. The VIP Offer is non-transferable and is only valid for use by the person to whom it is issued. The VIP Offer has no cash value and is not for sale or resale. The eVIP QR code will become invalid if tampered with in any way.
e. The VIP Card is only valid on the date of issue and at the Participating Village in which it is issued, and can only be used once in each participating boutique.
f. The eVIP QR code is only available to use for a period of up to 24 hours from the first purchase made using the eVIP QR code in the Participating Village.
g. The VIP Offer cannot be used for previously made purchases.
h. The VIP Offer is only for use at the participating boutiques at the Participating Village for which the VIP Card or eVIP QR code is issued, and must be presented at the time of purchase in order to receive the benefit of the 10% reduction. The Member acknowledges that some of the participating boutiques may not be operating on the day of use. There may also be recently opened boutiques which are not listed and the Member should enquire at the relevant Participating Village Guest Concierge for details.
i. The VIP Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions or offers and will not be available during "further reduction" or "blackout" periods, when an alternative gift may be offered. Full details of any "blackout" periods when the VIP Offer will not be available will be provided at the relevant Participating Village Guest Concierge and can also be accessed on the relevant Participating Village website.
j. Value Retail acts as the agent of the participating boutiques at all times and the VIP Offer creates no contractual relationship between Value Retail and you in relation to the discount offered by VIP Offer or otherwise. You shall have no right, and waive any ability you may have to make any claim against Value Retail in the event that a participating boutique fails to honour the VIP Offer, and your only remedy in that situation is to claim against the participating boutique.
k. Value Retail does not (a) take any responsibility for the prices at which the participating boutique advertises or sells the goods from time to time; or (b) give any warranties regarding the goods (including without limitation the quality thereof) that you may obtain with the VIP Offer at the relevant participating boutique.
6. General
a. Members acknowledge that Value Retail will need to collect and process the Member’s personal data (which may include their name, membership card number (or a part thereof), transactional spend, place of residence, gender, date of birth, email address, land and/or mobile numbers and other contact details as may be required by Value Retail or by their partners or the participating boutiques) to: i. enable the Offer to be redeemed for the benefit of the Member; and ii. for the purposes of tracking the levels of a Member’s spend at the Participating Villages to assess whether the Annual Threshold has been met (see paragraph 6.b).

b. Value Retail maintains records of the collective annual spend made by Members in any of the Villages, which is redeemed for Miles. Where a Member has applied for Miles and, at any point within a calendar year, the Member’s collective annual spend at the any of the Villages during that year which is associated with the redemption of Miles is equal to or exceeds £30,000 (the “Annual Threshold”) then the rate at which the Saudia AlFursan Miles will be awarded for that Member for the remainder of that year will be a reduced rate of one (1) Saudia AlFursan Mile for every £5 or €5 spent. Neither the Double Miles Offer nor the Triple Miles Offers will be available to Members who have exceeded the Annual Threshold.
c. Value Retail reserves the right to refuse to award any Saudia AlFursan under the Double Miles Offer and/or the Triple Miles Offers in cases of actual or suspected fraud.
d. The right to benefit from these promotional offers is personal to the recipient of an invitation, and may not be transferred. The invitation may not be copied, reproduced or distributed in any form, or by any means for use by a person other than the original recipient.
e. These promotional offers may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon or other voucher. Any receipts for Qualifying Purchases used in conjunction with these offers may not then be used to claim miles or points in respect of other loyalty partners/programmes. f. The benefits granted by these promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
g. Value Retail reserves the right to withdraw or cancel these promotional offers for any reason at any time.
h. Value Retail will not be liable to a Member for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of these promotional offers, or any failure or inability of a Member to take advantage of these promotional offers.
