How to claim your offer
Save the cashback offer to your card via the Amex app. Then shop with your American Express card and cashback will be credited to your account automatically.
To redeem your 10% saving, simply download your VIP Pass by selecting the relevant Village you wish to visit below, add the QR code to your eWallet and present it in participating boutiques and restaurants.
To redeem Hands-free Shopping, present your VIP Pass at Concierge Services upon arrival at the Village.
To book your reserved parking space and personal shopping appointment, email the Village you plan to visit at least 48 hours in advance using the Guest Services email addresses below.
