How to claim your offer
To redeem your 10% saving, simply select the Village you wish to visit below and register as a member. Present your membership QR code in participating boutiques and restaurants.
To redeem Hands-free Shopping, present your H Rewards membership card and this page at Concierge Services upon arrival at the Village.
To book access to The Apartment and your personal shopping appointment, email the Village you plan to visit at least 48 hours in advance using the Guest Services email addresses listed in the Terms and Conditions below. When booking, please provide your H Rewards membership number or an image of your H Rewards membership card.
