Shopping Protocols
- Increased cleaning schedules, regular disinfection routines and deep cleaning are in place throughout the Village.
- Hand sanitiser touchpoints are placed at the entrances, throughout the Village and in public restrooms.
- Floor markings will help you maintain a 1.5-metre social distancing requirement when entering the Village, in the boutiques, the Tourist Information Centre, private client spaces, as well as when queuing.
- To avoid contact, we encourage all guests to choose card contactless payment options where possible.
- Yes, boutiques will be limiting the number of guests allowed at any one time to one person per 40 square metres.
- Social distancing of 1.5-metre needs to be maintained at all times.
- Some boutiques will also have separate entry/exit points.

Parking and Transport
We offer spacious parking facilities. Please note that the obligation to wear a FFP2 face mask is mandatory, also on the parking facilities.
Our Shopping Express® luxury coach service is unavailable until further notice.
Shopping Experience
Ingolstadt Village is open Monday-Saturday from 10am to 8pm. Please visit opening hours page for further updates.

We expect our guests to adhere to the applicable health and safety guidelines at all times.
In accordance with current orders, restaurants are open indoors and outdoors and food trucks also offer seating outside. Guests are only allowed to enter restaurants, food stalls or cafés inside and outside wearing FFP2 masks. If guests from more than one household are at the same table, a still-valid negative PCR test or POC antigen test must be presented, or proof of being fully vaccinated or recovered.
We have decided to suspend the following services until further notice: wheelchairs, guest umbrellas and puppy prams. Please contact our Guest Services Team in advance should you require any specific service.
For the safety of our guests, fitting rooms will be sanitised at regular intervals throughout the day, which may impact waiting times. We thank you for your patience.

At this moment, Wertheim Village is open for Shopping by Appointment only. Simply book your appointment directly with your favourite brands for a personal shopping experience in the boutiques. Bookings can either be made in advance, or whilst you are in the Village – depending on availability and within the applicable health and safety regulations. Please find the contact information at the bottom of each brand page.
Virtual Shopping is a new way to discover and shop your favourite brands at Ingolstadt Village. With Virtual Shopping, you can book an appointment or directly shop the brand from the comfort of your own home or any place that suits you.
