INGOLSTADT VILLAGE AND WERTHEIM VILLAGE RESERVED PARKING

Version: 24 October 2025

Dear Guest, we are glad to assist you with a reserved parking service at Ingolstadt Village and Wertheim Village (“Village”) whereby an attendant directs you to park your motor vehicles in allocated parking bays (‘Reserved Parking’). Allow us to point out some organisational rules for this service:

  1. You must either: (a) email conciergeservices@ingolstadtvillage.com and conciergeservices@wertheimvillage.com; or (b) by phone Ingolstadt Village +49 (0)841 8863 100 and Wertheim Village +49 (0)841 8863 100; or (c) book your Reserved Parking in person by visiting the Village Concierge Services. Booking is subject to availability.

  2. Provide your booking confirmation at the Concierge Services at Village and if indicated in the booking confirmation, also your Partner Membership Card and/or Private Client Card. Reserved Parking is only valid on the date and at the time detailed in the booking confirmation. Where a vehicle registration number is taken at the time of the booking, the vehicle used for the Reserved Parking must match that registration number plate.

  3. The Parking is not a secured parking and Village’s liability for theft or damage to your car is excluded. Liability is also excluded for damage to your car except in cases where you can demonstrate negligence of Village. All claims for damage as a result of Value Retail’s negligence should be reported to your own insurers and to Value Retail.

Data Protection

  1. The Reserved Parking is subject to the Village privacy policy, available through https://www.thebicestercollection.com/en/legal/village-privacy-notice-en/ and by booking you confirm your consent with this policy.

  2. The Reserved Parking service at the Village is provided by:
