Terms & Conditions

This promotion is exclusively reserved for Miles & More Service Cardholders ("__Customers__") and is operated by Value Retail PLC ("__Value Retail__") ("Promotion"). The following conditions apply to this Promotion:

  1. This promotion is only valid for customers during the period from 10:00 a.m. on 23rd September 2022 up to and including 8:00 p.m. on 01st October 2022 ("Promotion Period").

  2. This promotion is only available at participating Villages of " The Bicester Village Shopping Collection®". The participating Villages are:

Ingolstadt Village, Otto-Hahn-Straße 1, 85055 Ingolstadt, Germany, Wertheim Village, Almosenberg 30, 97877 Wertheim, Germany and Maasmechelen Village, Zetellaan 100, 3630 Maasmechelen, Belgium (valid here until 3rd October 2022)

Please note that the opening hours of the participating Villages may change depending on the current Corona regulations. Regardless of this, the Virtual Shopping Service is always available:


  1. Customers who present their Miles & More Service Card at the designated Welcome Counter or, in the case of the Virtual Shopping Service, provide their Service Card number before paying in the participating Village during the promotional period, can take advantage of the promotional offer defined in more detail in section 4 below.

Customers will receive the following benefits during the Promotion Period for all of their merchandise, including food and beverage, that is verified to have been purchased by the customer at the applicable Participating Village on any day during the Promotion Period ("Qualified Purchases"):

• For all Qualifying Purchases made at the participating Village on that day, the customer will be credited with 5 times Award Miles and Miles & More Credit Card holders will be credited with 6 times Award Miles ("Promotional Offer").

• 20% off the outlet price at participating brands; the eVIP code will be issued at the Miles & More Welcome Counter of the participating Villages. The price advantage is granted by the participating brands directly in the shop or as part of the Virtual Shopping Service after stating the Miles & More Service Card number. The offer is not valid in combination with other offers or on already reduced merchandise. Please also note the exceptions for individual brands or product groups.

  1. In order to be able to claim the award miles during the promotional period, customers have to present during the promotional period (Clause 1) at the Concierge Services of the respective participating Village (Clause 2)

a) their Miles & More service card and
b) your Miles & More credit card and
c) their purchase receipts for the qualifying purchases made on the same day, and d) their identity card

or send an e-mail with copies of the above data to FrequentFlyerRewards@IngolstadtVillage.com, FrequentFlyerRewards@WertheimVillage.com or FrequentFlyerRewards@MaasmechelenVillage.com by 03.10.2022 at the latest.

  1. A claim for the promotional offer can only be made during the promotional period and only on the day on which the Qualifying Purchases are proven to have been made by the customer at the participating Village. It therefore applies:

a. Receipts for qualifying purchases made by the customer in the Participating Village before and/or after the Promotion Period or which are not dated from the date of actual claim at the relevant Concierge Services of the Participating Village will not be accepted. In this case, the customer's claim to the promotional offer is excluded.

b. Customers presenting receipts of Qualifying Purchases made by another person are not eligible for the promotional offer.

  1. The promotional offer cannot be combined with any other offer from Value Retail and/or third parties.

  2. The promotional offer cannot be exchanged for cash or a shopping card.

  3. Value Retail reserves the right to withdraw this promotional offer or cancel this promotion at any time for any reason.

9 Value Retail accepts no liability, direct or indirect, for any financial loss or claims for compensation arising from the possible cancellation of this promotional offer. In the event that a customer does not take up this promotional offer for any reason, Value Retail also accepts no liability and no claim for compensation will be permitted.
