Dear Guest, we are glad to welcome you to The Apartment our exclusive (by invitation only) VIP luxury hospitality lounge located at Wertheim Village and/or Ingolstadt Village (“Village”). Allow us to point out some organisational rules for your visit:

  1. Respect the time slots as indicated in your invitation. Access is subject to availability.

  2. Present your Partner Membership Card and/or your Private Client Card and/or your invitation at Village Concierge Services.

  3. Use of the Apartment is at your sole responsibility. In all other respects, the statutory liability provisions shall apply.

Data Protection

  1. Value Retail processes your personal data for the registration and execution of the registration for The Apartment.

  2. The Apartment is subject to the Village privacy policy, available through https://www.thebicestercollection.com/en/legal/village-privacy-notice-en/ and by requesting the use of The Apartment you confirm your consent with this policy.

  3. The Apartment service at the Village is provided by:

Miscellaneous

  1. These T&Cs and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with German law, excluding the German conflict of laws regulations and excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

  2. The place of jurisdiction for disputes relating to these T&Cs is the registered seat of Value Retail, unless mandatory consumer law establishes a different jurisdiction.

  3. We will not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (§ 36 VSBG).
