Hutschenreuther available at Rosenthal - Ingolstadt Village
From 1814 to today: Hutschenreuther reimagines German decorative tradition with timeless elegance.
In 1814, Carl Magnus Hutschenreuther from Thuringia founded Bavaria’s first modern, privately-owned porcelain factory, aiming to produce porcelain of the highest quality. In 1857, his son Lorenz established a second factory in nearby Selb, Bavaria. Over a century later, in 1969, the two companies merged to form Hutschenreuther AG, Selb.
By then, the Hutschenreuther name with the lion icon was already well known, particularly among connoisseurs and lovers of fine porcelain.
Hutschenreuther accompanies the seasons with lovingly decorated porcelain collections that bring charm and warmth to every time of year.
From spring through to winter, versatile tableware concepts offer inspiration for seasonal styling. Thoughtfully designed gift ideas and popular collector’s items spark creativity and imagination.
Hutschenreuther has been part of the Rosenthal portfolio since 2000.
