  1. Customers will receive the following benefits for all of their merchandise, including food and beverages, that is verified to have been purchased by the customer at the applicable Participating Village on any day during the Promotion Period ("Qualified Purchases") during the Promotion Period:

4-fold Award Miles for each Euro verifiably spent on Qualified Purchases by the Customer at the Participating Village on such day ("Promotional Offer").

  1. In order to be able to claim the award miles during the promotional period, customers must, during the promotional period (point 1), at the Concierge Services of the respective participating Village (point 2)

a) their Miles & More service card and.

b) their purchase receipts for the qualifying purchases made on the same day, and

c) their identity card

or send an e-mail with copies of the above mentioned data to FrequentFlyerRewards@BicesterVillage.com, FrequentFlyerRewards@LaValleeVillage.com, FrequentFlyerRewards@LasRozasVillage.com, FrequentFlyerRewards@LaRocaVillage.com, FrequentFlyerRewards@KildareVillage.com, FrequentFlyerRewards@FidenzaVillage.com, FrequentFlyerRewards@IngolstadtVillage.com, FrequentFlyerRewards@WertheimVillage.com or FrequentFlyerRewards@MaasmechelenVillage.com by 31.12.2022 at the latest.

  1. A claim to the promotional offer can only be made during the promotional period and only on the day on which the Qualified Purchases are proven to have been made by the customer in the participating Village. Therefore, the following applies:

a. Purchase receipts for Qualified Purchases made by the customer at the Participating Village before and/or after the Promotion Period, or which are not dated from the date actually claimed at the Participating Village's Concierge Services, will not be eligible. In this case, the customer's claim to the promotional offer is excluded.

b. Customers who present purchase receipts of Qualified Purchases made by another person are not eligible for the promotional offer.

  1. The promotional offer cannot be combined with any other offer from Value Retail and/or third parties.

  2. The promotional offer cannot be exchanged for cash or a shopping card.

  3. Value retail reserves the right to withdraw this promotional offer or cancel this promotion at any time with any reason.

  4. Value Retail shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any financial loss or claims for compensation arising from the possible cancellation of the promotional offer. In the event that a customer does not take advantage of this promotional offer for any reason, Value Retail also assumes no liability whatsoever and there is no claim for compensation.
