KILDARE VILLAGE MEMBERS WEEK SCAN & WIN COMPETITION 21 TO 31 AUGUST 2025

VALUE RETAIL MANAGEMENT IRELAND LIMITED COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The competition is open to all residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter or its associated companies, their families, any staff of the boutiques located at Kildare Village, or any third party directly associated with administration of the competition.

1.1 To qualify for an entry you must: (a) be a member of Kildare Village Membership, (b) Scan your membership 3 times in Village on a given day during the Entry Period (c) follow the link to enter from your email or membership dashboard (d) enter the question on the form correctly all before the time period specified in condition 3 (the “Correct Entry Mechanism”). The competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. 2. Only one entry per person is permitted. 3. The opening date for entries is 09:00 on 21 August 2025 and the closing date of the competition is 23:59 on 31 August 2025 (the “Entry Period”). Entries received after this time will not be considered. 4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind. 5. Winners will be chosen from amongst those participants who have fulfilled the Correct Entry Mechanism by a computerised process on 8 September 2025 (the "Selection Date") For the ‘daily prize’ 1 winner will be chosen for each day during the Entry Period from amongst those participants validly entered on each given day .
Additional Prize Winners will be chosen from amongst all validly entered participants during the Entry Period for a chance to win one of the Additional Prizes. This does not contravene term number 2 above. 6. The additional prizes (“Additional Prizes”) are as follows: • 1 x €250 GANT voucher (voucher terms and conditions may apply, contact voucher provider for details). • 1 x €250 Calvin Klein gift card (Gift card terms and conditions may apply, contact gift card provider for details). • 1 x David Clulow Sunglasses to the value of €250 • 2x Nomination bracelets and 3 charms each) • 1 x €300 bundle of ELEMIS products • 1 x Michael Kors Nayla handbag (€395 RRP) • 4 x €50 Sculpted by Aimee vouchers (voucher terms and conditions may apply, contact voucher provider for details). • 1 x Sunglass Hut sunglasses to the value of €250 • 1 x €250 Tommy Hilfiger gift card (Gift card terms and conditions may apply, contact gift card provider for details). Winners will be notified via phone call (to the contact number provided through entry form) before 13:00 on 8 September 2025 and winners must provide their surname, telephone number and email address and where necessary, to fulfil delivery of a prize, postal address to claim their prize. 7. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter when being notified by the Promoter of their win, then that winner's prize will be forfeited after two attempts to contact a winner, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. 8. Winners will receive their prizes either physically or digitally. Physical prizes will be sent via registered post or need to be redeemed in the respective boutique. 9. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 10. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prizes with alternative prizes of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so. 11. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 12. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who contacts the Promoter via Email within one month after the closing date stated in condition 3. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter via email (Membership@KildareVillage.com). In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority of Ireland on request. 13. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. 14. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. 15. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy at https://www.tbvsc.com/kildare- village/en/legal/village-privacy-notice. 16. THE PROMOTER SHALL BE IN NO WAY LIABLE TO ANY PARTICIPANTS FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, INJURY OR EXPENSE SUFFERED BY ANY PARTICIPANTS AS A RESULT OF THEIR PARTICIPATING IN THE COMPETITION OR WINNING A PRIZE AND PARTICIPANTS SHALL INDEMNIFY THE PROMOTER IN THIS REGARD. 17. The competition will be governed by Irish law and entrants to the competition submit to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts. 18. The Promoter of this competition is Value Retail Management Ireland Limited, 1B Kildare Village, Nurney Road, Kildare Town, Co. Kildare.
