Reservations (parking, restaurants and boutiques)

All Reservations made by us (with the exception of parking reservations which are between you and us) on your behalf for Boutique shopping appointments or Restaurant dining are directly between you and the applicable Boutique or Restaurant.

Reservations are subject to availability, and may be subject to cancellation by the applicable Boutique or Restaurant, or in the case of parking, by us.

Occasionally, we may be unable to make a reservation for you on the date and/or at the time requested – if this happens, we will notify you accordingly.

If you wish to make any changes to your Reservation, please either contact us or the Boutique or Restaurant directly.

If you choose to notify us of any allergy or other special dietary requirements, we will endeavour to pass this on to the Restaurant, however, please discuss this directly with the Restaurant upon arrival.

Please note that Boutiques and Restaurants operating at the Village are independent retailers to us, and as such, you agree that any queries, complaints, claims, liabilities, and/or costs suffered as a result of the products and services received in the Boutiques and Restaurants will be raised directly with them, and you agree to release us from any such claims.
