Value Retail Management Ireland Limited Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. The competition is open to all residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter or its associated companies, their families, any staff of the boutiques located at Kildare Village, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the competition.
  2. TO QUALIFY FOR AN ENTRY YOU MUST: (A) BE A MEMBER OF KILDARE VILLAGE MEMBERSHIP, AND TO ENTER YOU MUST (B) SCAN YOUR MEMBERSHIP CODE TO ENTER THE MY GOLDEN WEEK PASSPORT ACTIVITIES, ALL BEFORE THE TIME PERIOD SPECIFIED IN CLAUSE 4 (THE “CORRECT ENTRY MECHANISM”). THE COMPETITION IS FREE TO ENTER AND NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY.
  3. Multiple entries per person are permitted once the participant has completed their first My Golden Week Passport.
  4. The campaign runs from 08:00am on 19 September 2026 until 23:59 on 11 October 2026. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
  5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are not successfully completed, received or recorded due to technical issues, system failure, network failure or any other issue outside the Promoter’s control.
  6. Each participant who completes the Correct Entry Mechanism will receive a guaranteed prize, subject to availability, and will also be entered into the grand prize draw.
  7. The grand prizes are as follows:

1st Prize: 1 x return Dublin–Beijing flight ticket 2nd Prize: 1 x €500 Kildare Village Gift Card 3rd Prize: 1 x €300 Kildare Village Gift Card 8. Winners will be notified via email to their Membership email address by 18 October 2026 and must provide their surname, telephone number and email address to claim their prize. 9. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 2 days of being notified of their win, then that winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. 10. Guaranteed prizes (Butlers chocolates bars or beauty travel sized products, F&B vouchers, other token prizes will also be included) may be collected by eligible participants at Kildare Village Concierge after completing the Correct Entry Mechanism, subject to availability. Grand prizes will be arranged with each winner directly after notification and need to be collected at Kildare Village where possible. If a winner fails to claim their grand prize within the required timeframe, the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. 11. All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 12. The Promoter reserves the right to replace any prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so. 13. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 14. You may be asked to participate in the promotion of the competition, either whilst the competition is live or after the winners have been chosen. Your name, county of residence, likeness, image or voice may be used as part of this promotion and the fact that you are a winner of and/or a participant in the competition. If you do not wish to participate in the promotion in this manner or at all, please contact the Promoter via email. 15. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the surname and county of grand prize winners and, if applicable, copies of their winning entries to anyone who contacts the Promoter via email within one month after the closing date stated in condition 3. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter via email kv-partnershipsteam@valueretail.com. In such circumstances, the Promot must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority of Ireland on request. 16. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. 17. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. 18. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy at https://www.tbvsc.com/kildare-village/en/legal/village-privacy-notice. 19. The promoter shall be in no way liable to any participants for any loss, damage, injury or expense suffered by any participants as a result of their participating in the competition and participants shall indemnify the promoter in this regard. 20. The competition will be governed by Irish law and entrants to the competition submit to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts. 21. The Promoter of this competition is Value Retail Management Ireland Limited, 1B Kildare Village, Nurney Road, Kildare Town, Co. Kildare.
