Our Story
Mani has been my passion project for over 3.5 years now. I first tried this Pizza in Rome 10 years ago and I was blown away. I returned 5 years later and ate my way around all the best pizza places in Rome and Florence. The two that stuck out were BONCI in Rome for Roman Pizza & ALL’ANTICA VINAIO in Florence for Panini.
A few years ago, I started thinking Dublin really needs to try this style of Pizza as 90% of Pizza here is Neapolitan style round Pizza and 10% NYC pizza by the slice and no one is doing proper panini like in Florence.
