KILDARE VILLAGE HANDS-FREE SHOPPING

The following terms and conditions shall apply to Guests who use hands-free shopping services at Kildare Village (“you/ your”).

Hands-Free Shopping (“HFS”)

  1. “HFS” is a shopping service which enables Guests to shop at boutiques within Kildare Village and collect their purchases at the end of their visit to Kildare Village.

  2. If you present your photographic identification and:

a. Partner Membership Card (being a corporate partner of The Bicester Collection, details of which are set out, at https://www.thebicestercollection.com/en/partners/); or

b. invitation to claim discounted or complimentary HFS services at Kildare Village,

at the Kildare Village Concierge or Guest Services, you will (subject to availability) be entitled to receive discounted or complimentary HFS services (as set out in the invitation/ offer) while visiting Kildare Village and will be provided with a HFS confirmation email with your HFS code.

  1. If you would like to access the HFS service at Kildare Village but are not a member or do not have an invitation to claim discounted or complimentary HFS services, you may: (i) book the HFS service online by clicking https://www.thebicestercollection.com/kildare-village/en/services/hands-free-shopping/ ; or (ii) attend Kildare Village Concierge and complete the HFS registration process. Any charges for the HFS services will be stated before the registration is completed. __Redemption Process __

  1. You must present your HFS code to the relevant boutique assistant when making a purchase in a boutique at Kildare Village.

  2. The boutique assistant will place your HFS purchases in a security shopping bag. You must check that your purchases have been sealed in a security shopping bag when using the HFS service.

  3. You must keep all receipts separate from your purchases as they may be required upon collection

  4. If you temporarily require access to purchases that you have already provided to the boutique assistant or Kildare Village Guest Services, you will need to contact the boutique assistant/ Kildare Village Guest Services who will remove the seal from the security shopping bag before returning the purchases to you. If you no longer need the purchases, a new seal will be used when the purchases are returned to the security shopping bag. If the removal of the seal causes damage to the purchases, you will be liable.

  5. You must contact 087 1474302 at least 30 minutes before you wish to leave Kildare Village to enable the Guest Services team to prepare the purchases for your collection.

  6. You may collect your purchases from the location quoted by Kildare Village Guest Services when you contacted them per clause 8 above. To collect the purchases, you must present your HFS code, and receipts for the purchases. You must arrive no later than 30 minutes before Kildare Village closing time.

  7. HFS is available until 30 minutes before Kildare Village closing time. Purchases made during the final 30 minutes of Kildare Village being open will not qualify for HFS services.

General

  1. You acknowledge that each boutique can only accept items purchased from that boutique for the HFS service and will not be able to accept purchases made from other boutiques.

  2. Kildare Village aims to collect your purchases and have the purchases ready within 30 minutes of you informing Kildare Village Guest Services that you wish to leave Kildare Village. However, Kildare Village does not guarantee this period and does not accept any liability if, for any reason, your purchases are not available for collection within this period.

  3. You must collect your purchases on the same day the purchases are made. If you cannot collect your purchases on the same day, you should notify Kildare Village as soon as possible on 087 1474302, and Kildare Village will seek to hold the purchases for you up to 7 days for collection. Kildare Village reserves the right to dispose of any purchases not collected within 7 days.

14.You acknowledge and agree that some boutiques may not participate in HFS services.

  1. In accordance with Kildare Village’s insurance cover, Kildare Village’s liability for any loss or damage to your purchases under the HFS service is limited to a maximum value of €25,000 per bag and €25,000 per Guest. Kildare Village will only be responsible for loss or damage to your purchases that are due to the fault of Kildare Village. This does not affect your legal rights under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 as amended.

  2. You should notify Kildare Village Guest Services of any loss, damage or other problems as soon as possible when collecting your purchases. Kildare Village will not accept any liability for losses or damages caused that have not been reported by you on collection of your purchases.

Data Protection

  1. Value Retail Management Ireland Limited, the managing company of Kildare Village, processes your personal data for the purpose of registering you for the HFS service and managing the service during your visit to Kildare Village.
