KILDARE VILLAGE SCAN & WIN MEMBERS-ONLY COMPETITION VALUE RETAIL MANAGEMENT IRELAND LIMITED COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The competition is open to all residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 21 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the competition.

1.1 To qualify for an entry you must: (a) be a member of Kildare Village Membership, (b) scan your membership code a minimum of 3 times in Kildare Village boutiques only (scans at food and beverage outlets do not count towards entry qualification) within the time period specified in condition 3. To enter you must (c) follow the directions you will ¬find on the competition entry email that you will receive after you complete your 3rd scan (d) present at The Oak Tree in Kildare Village answer a question to receive your Ticket to enter the competition. Entrants must provide a contact phone number in order for the Promoter to contact them in the event of their winning a prize and email address in order to enable the winner to redeem the prize won.

  1. Only one entry per person is permitted.

  2. The opening date for entries is 9am on 20 July 2024. The closing date of the competition is 5pm on 21 July 2024. Entries received after this time will not be considered. The competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

  3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

  4. Winners will be chosen by an independent third party from amongst those participants who have fulfilled the Correct Entry Mechanism by means of a tombola ticket draw.

  5. The prizes and draw times can be found in the Kildare Village X All Together Now Flyer available at The Concierge Winners will be notified by one telephone call no later than two weeks after the event. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted by telephone at the time of the call and/or does not accept their prize at the time of or within one hour of the call, the Promoter shall chose another winner.

  6. Participants agree that the Promoter will, in the event of a participant being chosen as a winner, share the aforementioned personal details of the winner with the relevant brand in order to facilitate the prize handover. The winner must be present at the time of draw to collect prize.

  7. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

  8. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prizes with alternative prizes of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.

  9. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

  10. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who contacts the Promoter via Email within one month after the closing date stated in condition 3. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter via email. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority of Ireland on request.

  11. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

  12. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

  14. THE PROMOTER SHALL BE IN NO WAY LIABLE TO ANY PARTICIPANTS FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, INJURY OR EXPENSE SUFFERED BY ANY PARTICIPANTS AS A RESULT OF THEIR PARTICIPATING IN THE COMPETITION AND PARTICIPANTS SHALL INDEMNIFY THE PROMOTER IN THIS REGARD.

  15. The competition will be governed by Irish law and entrants to the competition submit to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
