VALUE RETAIL MANAGEMENT IRELAND LIMITED COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The competition is open to all residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the competition.

1.1 To enter, you must: (a) be a member of Kildare Village Membership, (b) scan your membership code in a participating boutique within the time period specified in condition 3 (the “Correct Entry Mechanism”) and (c) fill in the entry form with your name, phone number and email address. The competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

2. Only one entry per person is permitted.

3. The opening date for entries is 9am on 3 October 2023. The closing date of the competition is 18.59 8 October 2023. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

5. Winner will be chosen from amongst those participants who have fulfilled the Correct Entry Mechanism by a computerised process on 9 October 2023 (the "Selection Date").

6. Participants will be entered in with a chance to win a beauty hamper worth €500 containing items from beauty and wellness brands located in Kildare Village.

7. Winner will be notified via Email (to their Membership email address) or phone (to the phone number supplied in the entry mechanism) before 11.59 on 9 October and winner must provide their surname, telephone number and email address to claim their prize. The winner must confirm a date and time to arrange an appointment to visit The Concierge and collect their prize anytime from the 10 October 2023. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter of their win, then that winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

8. The prize will be collected by the winner on being notified of their wins at The Concierge at the agreed dates and times arranged. If a winner fails to collect their prize the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

9. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prizes with alternative prizes of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.

11. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

12. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winner and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who contacts the Promoter via Email within one month after the closing date stated in condition 3. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter via email. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority of Ireland on request.

13. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

15. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy at https://www.tbvsc.com/kildare-village/en/legal/village-privacy-notice.

16. The promoter shall be in no way liable to any participants for any loss, damage, injury or expense suffered by any participants as a result of their participating in the competition and participants shall indemnify the promoter in this regard.

17. The competition will be governed by Irish law and entrants to the competition submit to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
