How to claim your offer

  1. To redeem your 10% saving, simply download your VIP Pass by selecting the relevant Village you wish to visit below, add the QR code to your eWallet and present it in participating boutiques and restaurants.

  2. To redeem Hands-free Shopping and customised tax refunds, present your VIP Pass at Concierge Services upon arrival at your chosen Village.

  3. To book your Reserved Parking space and access to the private suite, email the Village you plan to visit at least 48 hours in advance using the Guest Services email addresses below.

  4. Shop in the Village and keep your receipts. Then, present your receipts and your Emirates Skywards membership card at Concierge Services or claim digitally using our Airmiles e-redemption service. See Terms and Conditions for full details.

Reduction is not applicable from mid-June to end of August, nor during Private Sales, special sales or other periods of reduction. Reduction is only applicable to new arrivals during the sale period in July at Maasmechelen Village. Reduction not available at La Roca Village and Laz Rozas Village. Bookings made on 6 June 2024, during the Travel Fair, are eligible for premium support over a one-year travelling period until 6 June 2025.
