LA ROCA VILLAGE ADDITIONAL 20% OFF FOR LA ROCA VILLAGE MEMBERSHIP

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY TO PURCHASES OF GOODS FROM THE RELEVANT BOUTIQUE USING THE ADDITIONAL 20% OFF:

1. Only for use at the participating boutiques at La Roca Village. Not all boutiques at La Roca Village participate in this Card scheme and certain boutiques apply restrictions and exemptions. For further details on the participating boutiques, with details of current restrictions and exemptions, please see below.

2. Must be presented at the time of purchase in order to receive the discount.

3. Only valid from 30 April to 20 May 2024 with purchases made in the Village boutiques and through La Roca Village from home.

4. Not valid whilst any promotional campaign is in place.

5. Not valid in conjunction with any other offers.

6. No cash value.

7. The discounts offered are in relation to the relevant boutique’s prices, before the application of any taxes, duties, levies or administration or similar fees.

8. The customer acknowledges and agrees that:

8.1 Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., its subsidiaries and associated companies and the owners of La Roca Village (“VR”) are not responsible for prices at which the relevant boutique advertises or sells goods from time to time;

8.2 VR is acting as the agent of the relevant boutiques at all times and the discount vouchers create no contractual relationship between VR and the customer in relation to the discount offered in the additional 20% off or otherwise;

8.3 VR makes no warranties regarding the goods (including without limitation the quality thereof) which the customer may obtain with discount vouchers from the relevant boutiques;

8.4 The customer shall have no right, and waives his/her ability to make any claim against VR in the event that any relevant boutique fails to honour the additional 20% off in whole or part, and the customer’s only remedy in that situation is to claim against the relevant boutique; and

8.5 The customer shall have no right, and waives his/her ability to make any claim in respect of death, personal injury or loss (to person or property) suffered by the customer or third persons in consequence of the customer’s use of the discount voucher in procuring goods from any relevant boutique.

9. The terms and conditions of sale of any boutique shall apply to any purchases from such boutique using the additional 20% off and are subject to the terms and conditions of sale applied by each boutique.

10. The customer shall indemnify VR, and those companies’ officers and employees, and hold them harmless from and against any actions, claims, damages (including amounts paid on a without prejudice basis), losses and costs suffered by VR and/or those companies’ officers and employees in consequence of any action or claim made by a customer which is at variance with the acknowledgements, agreements and waivers made by the customer above.

11. We remind you that your personal data will be processed by Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., managing Company of La Roca Village, with the purpose of manage the additional 20% off as well as any other necessary action to facilitate its correct use and exchange. We hereby inform you that your personal data will not be transferred to third parties, with the exception of service providers of La Roca Village, other companies of Value Retail or in order to fulfil certain legal obligations.
