LAS ROZAS VILLAGE: ADDITIONAL 10% FOR LAS ROZAS VILLAGE MEMBERSHIP

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY TO PURCHASES MADE IN BOUTIQUES WHERE THE ADDITIONAL 10% FOR LAS ROZAS VILLAGE MEMBERSHIP (the “Promotion”) IS USED, BETWEEN 5 MARCH 2026 AND 15 MARCH 2026:

This Promotion is only valid at participating boutiques at Las Rozas Village (the “Village”); therefore, not all boutiques in the Village participate in this Promotion. Furthermore, certain boutiques have specific restrictions and exclusions. For more information regarding participating boutiques, including applicable restrictions and exclusions, please refer to the “Exclusions” section.

The Membership QR code must be presented at the time of purchase to receive the discount.

The Promotion is not valid during any other promotional campaign.

The Promotion cannot be combined with other offers.

The Promotion is limited to one per person.

It has no cash value.

The offered discounts will be applied to the boutique prices, prior to the application of any taxes, duties, levies, or similar charges.

The customer acknowledges and accepts that:

8.1. Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., its subsidiaries and associated companies, as well as the owners of the Village (collectively referred to as “VR”), are not responsible for the prices advertised by the boutiques or the prices at which their products are sold at any given time;

8.2. VR manages the Village; therefore, discount vouchers do not create any contractual relationship between VR and the customer regarding the Promotion or otherwise;

8.3. VR provides no warranties regarding the products (such as their quality) that the customer acquires using the discount vouchers in the boutiques;

8.4. The customer shall have no right to, and waives the right to make any claim against VR in the event that a boutique does not accept the additional 10% in full or in part, and the customer’s sole remedy in such a situation is to claim exclusively against the relevant boutique; and

8.5. The customer shall have no right to, and waives the right to bring any claim in the event of death, injury, or loss (personal or material) suffered by the customer or third parties as a result of the customer’s use of the Promotion in the purchase of products from any boutique.

The terms and conditions of sale applicable in each boutique shall apply to any purchase made in said boutique using the additional 10%, and such purchases remain subject to the terms and conditions of sale established by each boutique.

The customer shall indemnify VR, as well as its directors and employees, and hold them harmless against any action, claim, damages (including amounts paid without prejudice), losses, and costs suffered by VR and/or its directors and employees as a result of any action or claim made by a customer who disagrees with the acknowledgments, agreements, and waivers made by said customer.

We remind you that your personal data will be processed by Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., the management company of the Village, for the purpose of administering the additional 10%, as well as any other actions necessary to facilitate its correct use and exchange. We hereby inform you that your personal data will not be transferred to third parties, with the exception of Village service providers, other Value Retail companies, or to comply with legal obligations. We also remind you that you can consult our privacy policy for more information on how we protect your personal data and how to exercise your rights on our website www.tbvsc.com/las-rozas-village/en or at the Village Concierge Services. Therefore, Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U. informs you that you may exercise your rights to access, rectify, delete, or restrict the processing or portability of data by writing to the following address: Legal Department, La Roca Village Offices, Santa Agnès de Malanyanes, La Roca del Vallès, CP 08430, Barcelona, or by sending an email to legal@lasrozasvillage.com, providing proof of your identity.
