LAS ROZAS VILLAGE: ADDITIONAL 10% FOR LAS ROZAS VILLAGE MEMBERSHIP

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO PURCHASES MADE AT PARTICIPATING BOUTIQUES WHERE THE ADDITIONAL 10% LAS ROZAS VILLAGE MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNT (the “Promotion”) IS REDEEMED BETWEEN 10 SEPTEMBER 2026 AND 20 SEPTEMBER 2026:

1. The Promotion may only be used at participating boutiques within Las Rozas Village (the “Village”), and therefore not all boutiques in the Village participate in this Promotion. In addition, some boutiques are subject to certain restrictions and exclusions. For further information on participating boutiques, including applicable restrictions and exclusions, please refer to the “Exclusions” section below.
2. The Membership QR code must be presented at the time of purchase in order to receive the discount.
3. The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotional campaign taking place at the same time.
4. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer.
5. The Promotion is limited to one use per person.
6. The Promotion has no cash value.
7. Any discounts offered will be applied to the boutique’s selling price prior to the application of any taxes, duties, levies or similar charges.
8. The customer acknowledges and agrees that:

8.1. Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., its affiliated and associated companies, and the owners of the Village (together referred to as “VR”) are not responsible for the prices advertised by boutiques or the prices at which products are sold at any given time; 8.2. VR manages the Village and the Promotion does not create any contractual relationship between VR and the customer in connection with the Promotion or otherwise; 8.3. VR makes no representations or warranties in respect of any products purchased by the customer from any boutique using the Promotion, including, without limitation, as to quality or fitness for purpose; 8.4. The customer shall have no claim against VR, and hereby waives any such claim, if a boutique refuses to accept the additional 10% discount in whole or in part. In such circumstances, the customer’s sole remedy shall be against the relevant boutique; 8.5. The customer shall have no claim against VR, and hereby waives any such claim, in respect of any death, injury, loss or damage (whether personal or property-related) suffered by the customer or any third party arising from the customer's use of the Promotion when purchasing products from any boutique. 9. The terms and conditions of sale applicable at each boutique shall apply to any purchase made using the additional 10% discount and such purchases shall remain subject to the relevant boutique’s own terms and conditions of sale. 10. The customer shall indemnify and hold harmless VR and its directors, officers and employees against any actions, claims, damages (including settlements made without admission of liability), losses and costs incurred by VR and/or its directors, officers and employees arising out of any action or claim brought by a customer in relation to the acknowledgements, agreements and waivers set out above. 11. Please note that your personal data will be processed by Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., the management company of the Village, for the purpose of administering the additional 10% discount and carrying out any related actions necessary to facilitate its correct use and redemption. Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties, except to Village service providers, other Value Retail companies, or where required to comply with legal obligations.
