Although they initially wanted to roam the streets of Girona with El Celler de Can Roca’s petit fours cart, Ale Rivas and Jordi Roca set aside the idea and established the Rocambolesc ice cream parlour in Girona city centre. A journey, a scent, a memory... anything can become ice cream in this unique fantasy factory that aims to bring sweetness and magic to the world.

Close to the ice cream parlour, in the heart of Girona's Barri Vell, the pair make a leap from sweet to savoury, offering one of the favourite dishes of Catalans: the "bikini". From classic ham and cheese to vegetarian options and even playful flavours of pastrami and truffle, the Bikineria’s combinations of traditional ingredients create exceptional flavours.
