DRAW FOR AN M BAG BY MAJE FOR FOLLOWERS OF LA ROCA VILLAGE ON INSTAGRAM

The following terms and conditions shall apply to participants in the draw to be held from the La Roca Village Instagram profile:

The Organizer is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with Tax ID B-60.689.486 (hereinafter the “Organizer” or “La Roca Village” interchangeably), an entity that manages, among others, the “outlet” center La Roca Village. The Organizer can be contacted at its registered office in La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, Postal Code 08430 (Barcelona).

The Organizer sets out below the rules governing the draw (the “Rules” and the “Draw,” respectively), addressed exclusively to people who meet the participation requirements described below:

Become a follower of La Roca Village’s Instagram account @larocavillage (the “Account”) and a follower of Maje’s account @majeparis.

Once done, or if the participant was already a follower, access the Instagram post (the “Post”) that the Organizer will have published on the Account.

Like the Post and add at least one (1) comment on the Post, mentioning at least two (2) people in the same comment.

The participation period in the Draw will begin on September 22, 2025, at the time of publication on the Account, and will end on September 29, 2025, at 23:59 (the “Period”). Entries received before or after these dates will not be considered.

A single (1) Draw will take place on October 2, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., and the winner will be published the following day on the same Account. There will only be one (1) winner for this Draw.

Participation in the Draw is free of charge. Only one entry per person is allowed.

The prize to be drawn will be one (1) product by the brand Maje with a total value of €275 (the “Prize”):

The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for its cash value or for alternative prizes, even of lower value. The Prize is as described above and does not include any additional items not expressly specified, including but not limited to:

Meals;

Transport;

Taxes and fees, including those arising from the prize and any applicable tourist tax.

The Draw will take place as follows: a. The winner will be chosen randomly through the platform random.org. Another participant will also be selected as an alternate. b. On the day of the Draw, the winner will receive a direct Instagram message (to the account used to participate), confirming that they are the winner. They must reply to that same message in the same conversation within 30 calendar days, providing their contact details (full name, address, landline and/or mobile phone, ID card, and email address). c. If the winner explicitly declines the Prize or fails to respond within the given timeframe, they will automatically lose their right to the Prize, and the Organizer will be entitled to select the alternate participant as the new winner. The alternate will be contacted using the same procedure and given another 30 calendar days to respond. If no response is received from the alternate, the Prize will be declared void, with no compensation.

Prize collection period: The Prize must be collected in person at the La Roca Village Customer Service Point between October 2, 2025, and November 2, 2025, at the latest. After this period, the winner—whether the original or the alternate—will forfeit their right to the Prize, which will be declared void, with no compensation. The winner must prove their identity by presenting their ID card, Passport, and/or Driver’s License at the Customer Service Point. The winner must also sign the Prize receipt letter at that location. Under no circumstances will the Prize be sent; it must be collected physically and personally at the specified location.

The following persons are expressly prohibited from participating in the Draw:

Minors under 18 years of age;

Partners, executives, and employees of the Organizer, La Roca Village, or other companies in the group that apply the concept of The Bicester Collection, as well as agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators who participated in it, and their children and direct relatives.

If, for any reason, a person listed above is declared the winner, the Organizer may disqualify the infringing participant and revoke/void the Prize. Any attempt at fraud may be prosecuted by the Organizer, who reserves the right to initiate any actions to claim damages or other rights. In such a case, the alternate will become the winner. In any case, the Organizer shall not be held liable for fraudulent participation by third parties or improper practices by individuals unrelated to the Organizer in the promotion and execution of the Draw.

The Organizer shall not be held responsible in cases of force majeure, or for events beyond its control, that may prevent the winner from fully or partially enjoying the Prize. The Organizer accepts no liability for unsuccessful entries due to technical failures, computer/software malfunctions, or satellite, network, or server issues.

The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

Mere participation in the Draw, under the terms indicated in the Rules, implies full acceptance of these Rules, meaning the participant has read, understood, and expressly accepts their full content, without reservation or limitation. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the conditions of this Draw at any time, committing to communicate the new Rules, conditions, or definitive cancellation, if applicable. In particular, if due to force majeure beyond the Organizer’s control, the La Roca Village “outlet” center must be closed to the public, and the Draw cannot take place, participants will have no claim against the Organizer.

The participant acknowledges and accepts that the Organizer offers no warranties regarding the Prize awarded in this Draw, and therefore cannot be held liable in this respect.

In compliance with applicable legislation, where applicable, the Organizer will make the corresponding withholding of Personal Income Tax on the Prize winner and will declare the Prize on the relevant tax forms. Any tax implications of receiving the Prize for the winner’s personal tax situation will be the responsibility of the winner, and the Organizer will not be liable.

The winner of the Draw accepts and authorizes that their name and/or image, at the time of announcement and/or upon collecting the Prize, may be published on the Organizer’s website and social media, as well as in any other commercial, advertising, or communication medium used by the Organizer, whether internal or external, to announce and publicize the result of the Draw. This authorization is granted solely for this purpose, on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis. The winner agrees to reasonably participate in any subsequent promotional activities requested by the Organizer.

For applicable regulatory purposes, it is noted that the territorial scope of the Draw extends to the territory of Catalonia. Accordingly, these Rules are governed by Law 15/1984, of March 20, on gaming, and Decree 240/2004, of March 30, approving the catalog of authorized games and bets in Catalonia and the applicable planning criteria, and, subsidiarily, by Spanish law. Breach of any of the Rules by a participant will result in immediate disqualification and expulsion from the Draw, with loss of the Prize if applicable.
