DRAW FOR A GIFT CARD (VALUED AT 500 EUROS) FOR MEMBERS OF MEMBERSHIP FOR MAKING A MINIMUM OF FOUR (4) PURCHASES IN DIFFERENT ESTABLISHMENTS OF LA ROCA VILLAGE IN A SINGLE DAY
THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL APPLY TO ALL MEMBERS OF MEMBERSHIP WHO PARTICIPATE IN THIS DRAW OF LA ROCA VILLAGE:

  1. The Organizer is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with NIF B-60.689.486 (hereinafter the "Organizer", "La Roca Village" interchangeably), an entity that manages the La Roca Village center (the "Village"). The Organizer can be contacted at its registered office in La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, C.P. 08430 (Barcelona).

  2. The Organizer details below the regulatory bases of the draw (the "Bases" and the "Draw", respectively), exclusively aimed at members of Membership who make, in a single day, a minimum of four (4) purchases or transactions in the Village, that is, in four (4) different establishments or boutiques of the Village. The period to participate in the Draw will be from March 6 to March 23, 2025, both inclusive (the "Period"), on the occasion of the "Members Weeks".

  3. To participate, members of Membership must:

  • Scan their purchases made in a single day (any of the days included in the Period) in any of the boutiques and dining establishments of the Village that have a scanner, that is, all except "Starbucks", which is excluded from this promotion. Unscanned purchases will not be counted under any circumstances.
  • Be previously registered in Membership or register at the time of making these purchases.
  • By meeting the above conditions, the customer will receive an email confirming that their purchases have been correctly registered and that, therefore, they are entitled to participate in the Draw, which they must confirm, if they so wish, by clicking on the option that will be expressly included in said email for this purpose. In other words, they will only become a participant once they have expressly confirmed their participation in the terms indicated above.

  1. The Draw will take place once the Period has ended; specifically, on March 24, 2025.

  2. The prize will consist of a gift card ("Gift Card") valued at five hundred (500) Euros (the "Prize"). Only one participation per person will be allowed in the Draw and there will be one (1) single winner of the Prize. The Gift Card is subject to its own terms and conditions reflected or accessible from it.

  3. The winner will be chosen randomly through the random.org platform. The winner will receive a notification in their email, confirming that they are the winner of the Draw, to which they must respond with their contact details (name, surname, address, landline and/or mobile phone, DNI, and email address) and the Organizer will inform them of the place of collection. The response period to the email and to provide their details will be seven (7) calendar days from the sending of the notification by the Organizer. If no response is received or in case of express renunciation, the Prize corresponding to the winner who has not responded or renounced will be declared void.

  4. The Prize cannot be, in whole or in part, transferable or exchanged for its cash value, nor for alternative prizes, not even of lesser value.

  5. The Prize does not extend to any other concept that is not expressly specified, listing by way of example but not limited to, the following exclusions:

  • Meals;
  • Transfers;
  • Taxes and fees, including those derived from the Prize and the tourist tax.

  1. Collection period: The maximum period for the physical collection of the Prize will be until December 31, 2025. After this date, the winner will lose their right to the Prize and it will be declared void, without the winner having any right to compensation. The winner must prove their identity by presenting their DNI, Passport, and/or Driver's License to the Concierge Services staff at La Roca Village. The winner must sign the prize receipt letter at the same place. The Gift Card will be activated at the time of collection by the winner.

  2. The following people cannot participate in this Draw and, therefore, cannot be winners:

  • Minors under 18 years of age;
  • Partners, directors, and employees of the Organizer, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village, or other companies in the group of companies applying the concept of The Bicester Collection, agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators who have participated in its preparation, as well as their children and direct relatives.

If, for any reason, a person listed in the previous paragraph is declared the winner, the Organizer may disqualify the participant and withdraw/invalidate the Prize for not meeting the participation requirements. Any attempt at fraud may be prosecuted by the Organizer, who reserves the right to take any actions necessary to claim compensation for damages and any other rights that may apply. In such a case, a new Draw will be held to select a new winner.

In any case, the Organizer is exempt from liability for the fraudulent participation of third parties and their bad practices, unrelated to the Organizer, in the promotion and development of the Draw.

  1. The Organizer will not be responsible for cases of force majeure or acts that are not directly attributable to it, which could prevent the winner from fully or partially enjoying their Prize. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical failure, computer or software failure, or any kind of satellite, network, or server failure.

  2. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond the Organizer's control.

  3. Mere participation in the Draw implies full acceptance of these Bases, meaning that the participant has read and understood them and expressly accepts their entire content, without reservations or limitations.   5. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the conditions of this Draw at any time, committing to communicate the new Bases, conditions, or final cancellation, if applicable. In particular, if due to force majeure, beyond the control of the Organizer, the Village had to be closed to the public and therefore the Draw could not be carried out, the participant will not be able to make any claim to the Organizer.

  6. The participant acknowledges and accepts that the Organizer does not provide any guarantees regarding the Prize that the winner acquires in the Draw.

  7. In compliance with the provisions of current legislation, if applicable, the Organizer will make the corresponding withholding and payment on account of the Personal Income Tax to the winner of the Prize, and will declare the Prize awarded in the corresponding tax models. The tax implications that the obtaining of the Prize has on the winner's taxation will be borne by the winner, so the Organizer will be released from any responsibility.

  8. The Winner of the Draw accepts and authorizes that the mention of their name and/or image collecting their Prize may be published on the Organizer's website and social networks if the Organizer deems it appropriate, as well as in any other commercial, advertising, or media support that the Organizer may use or contract (internal or external), in order to inform and make public the result of the Draw. This authorization is granted solely for this purpose, in a non-exclusive and non-transferable manner. The winner agrees to participate, on reasonable terms, in subsequent advertising initiatives that the Organizer may request.

  9. For the purposes of the applicable regulations, it is stated that the territorial scope of the Draw extends to the territory of Catalonia. Thus, these Bases are governed by Law 15/1984, of March 20, on gaming, and Decree 240/2004, of March 30, approving the catalog of authorized games and bets in Catalonia and the criteria applicable to their planning, and, subsidiarily, by the applicable Spanish Law. Failure to comply with any of the rules and regulations established in these Bases by the participant will result in their immediate disqualification and expulsion from the Draw, with loss of the Prize, if applicable.

  10. The participants and the Organizer accept that any disputes that may arise in the interpretation or execution of these Bases will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona and their hierarchical superiors.
