DRAW FOR A TUMI SUITCASE, ETNIA BARCELONA SUNGLASSES, LACOSTE CAP, CASTAÑER TOTE BAG, HAVAIANAS FLIP-FLOPS, CLARINS FACIAL AND BODY SUNSCREEN, AND A DYSON SUPER SONIC R HAIRDRYER FOR MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM MEMBERS WHO MAKE AT LEAST THREE (3) PURCHASES IN DIFFERENT STORES AT LA ROCA VILLAGE ON THE SAME DAY BETWEEN 2 AND 18 JUNE 2025

The following general conditions apply to all Members of the Membership program participating in this draw at La Roca Village:

Organizer: Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with Tax ID B-60.689.486 (hereinafter the “Organizer” or “La Roca Village”), manager of La Roca Village (the “Village”). Contact address: La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, Postcode 08430 (Barcelona).

Draw rules: This draw (the “Draw” and these “Terms”) is exclusively for Members of the Membership program who, on the same day, between 2 and 18 June 2025 (inclusive) (the “Period”), have made a minimum of three (3) purchases in three (3) different stores at the Village.

Conditions for participation:

The purchases made on the same day (any day during the Period) must be scanned in stores and food establishments at the Village that have scanners, except “Starbucks,” which is excluded from this promotion. Purchases that are not scanned will not be counted under any circumstances.

Be previously registered or register for the Membership program at the time of purchase.

Have previously given or give consent to receive email communications from the Organizer. Without this consent, participation in the draw is not possible, even if the person is registered in the Membership program.

Once the above conditions have been met, the customer will receive an email confirming the correct registration of the purchases and their eligibility to participate in the draw. The customer must confirm participation by clicking the specific option in the email. Participation will only be valid once the user has explicitly confirmed.

Draw date: The draw will take place after the end of the Period, on 19 June 2025.

Prize: The prize includes a Tumi suitcase, Etnia Barcelona sunglasses, Lacoste cap, Castañer tote bag, Havaianas flip-flops, Clarins facial and body sunscreen, and a Dyson Super Sonic R hairdryer (the “Prize”). The value of each product is as follows:

Only one (1) winner will be selected and will receive all the products included in the Prize. One participation per person only.

Winner selection: The winner will be chosen randomly through the platform random.org. The winner will receive a confirmation email and must reply with their personal details (full name, address, phone number, ID, and email). The Organizer will indicate where to collect the Prize. The winner must reply within seven (7) calendar days of the notification. If there is no response or the prize is declined, the prize will be declared void.

Prize not transferable: The Prize may not be transferred or exchanged, fully or partially, for cash or other items, even of lesser value.

Exclusions: The Prize does not include:

Food and drink costs;

Transport;

Taxes and levies, including those related to the Prize or tourist tax.

Prize collection deadline: The Prize must be collected in person by 31 July 2025 at the latest. Otherwise, the winner will forfeit the Prize with no compensation. The winner must present a valid ID (passport, driving license, or national ID) to the Concierge Services team at La Roca Village and sign a prize acceptance letter.

Non-eligible persons:

Under 18 years old;

Partners, directors, and employees of the Organizer, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village, other companies in The Bicester Collection group, agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators, or their children and close relatives. If a non-eligible person is selected, the Organizer may exclude them and cancel the Prize. Any attempt at fraud will result in disqualification, and a new winner may be chosen.

Liability: The Organizer is not responsible in the event of force majeure or external events preventing the winner from fully or partially enjoying the Prize. The Organizer is also not liable for entries not registered due to technical, computer, or network errors.

Prize substitution: The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Prize for another of equal or greater value if required by circumstances beyond its control.

Acceptance of the rules: Participation in the Draw implies full acceptance of these Terms, which are permanently available for consultation and download on the Organizer’s website at: https://www.thebicestercollection.com/la-roca-village/en/legal/summer-suitcase/

Modifications: The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the Draw conditions at any time and commits to publishing the new terms or final cancellation. In particular, if the Village must be closed to the public due to force majeure and the Draw cannot take place, participants cannot make claims against the Organizer.

Prize warranty: Participants acknowledge and accept that the Organizer does not offer any guarantee regarding the Prize.

Taxation: According to current legislation, where applicable, the Organizer will withhold and pay the relevant Personal Income Tax on behalf of the winner and report the Prize in the relevant tax forms. All tax consequences resulting from winning the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner, and the Organizer is released from any related obligations.

Use of the winner’s image: The winners authorize the Organizer to use their name and/or image at the time of awarding the Prize on its website, social media, or other advertising, marketing, or promotional media it may use or contract, to publicize the results of the Draw. This authorization is granted exclusively for this purpose, non-exclusively, and non-transferably. Winners agree to reasonably cooperate in future promotional initiatives by the Organizer.

Governing law: This Draw is governed by Catalan law, specifically Law 15/1984 of 20 March on gaming, and Decree 240/2004 of 30 March, approving the catalogue of authorized games and betting in Catalonia, and subsidiarily by applicable Spanish law. Any breach of these Terms will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize, if applicable.

Jurisdiction: Participants and the Organizer agree that any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms will be submitted to the courts of the city of Barcelona and their corresponding superior courts.
