DRAW FOR A GIFT CARD WORTH €999, FOR MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS WHO MAKE AT LEAST THREE (3) TRANSACTIONS IN A SINGLE DAY BETWEEN 7 NOVEMBER AND 1 DECEMBER 2025 (BOTH DATES INCLUDED), IN DIFFERENT STORES AT LA ROCA VILLAGE

The following Terms and Conditions shall apply to Membership members who participate in this La Roca Village draw:

The Organizer is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with Tax ID B-60.689.486 (hereinafter, the “Organizer” or “La Roca Village” interchangeably), the entity managing the “outlet”-type shopping center La Roca Village (the “Village”). The Organizer can be contacted at its registered address in La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, Postal Code 08430 (Barcelona).

The Organizer sets out below the rules governing the draw (the “Rules” and the “Draw,” respectively), addressed exclusively to Membership members who, having received the invitation email to participate —and not having previously received a gift— make, on at least one single day, three (3) transactions in the Village, that is, in three (3) different stores or boutiques within the Village, during the period between 7 November and 1 December 2025, both dates inclusive (the “Period”). Purchases may be made in any of the Village’s stores or boutiques.

To participate, Membership members must: • Be previously registered in Membership, or register at the time of purchase. • Scan their purchases made during the Period at any of the Village stores. Unscanned purchases will not be counted under any circumstances. • Being registered in Membership, have consented or give consent at that time to receive email communications from the Organizer. It is expressly stated that without such authorization, the client will not be able to participate in the promotion, even if registered in Membership. • Once the above conditions have been met, the client will receive an email confirming that their purchases have been correctly registered and that, therefore, they are entitled to participate in the Draw, which they must confirm—if they wish—by clicking on the option expressly included in said email. That is, one only becomes a participant once participation has been expressly confirmed as indicated above.

The Draw will take place after the Period has ended, specifically on 2 December 2025.

The Prize will consist of a gift card worth €999 (the “Prize”). Only one entry per person will be allowed in the Draw, and there will be one (1) single winner of the Prize. The gift card (“Gift Card”) is subject to its own terms and conditions, as stated on or accessible through it.

The winner will be chosen randomly through the platform random.org. The winner will receive an email notification confirming that they are the winner of the Draw, to which they must respond providing their contact details (full name, address, landline and/or mobile phone number, ID number, email address and, where applicable, size preference, if required by the nature of the Prize). The Organizer will inform them of the collection point, which, unless otherwise stated, will be the “Concierge Services” area of the Village itself. The response deadline to the email, providing the requested data, will be seven (7) calendar days from the notification sent by the Organizer. Failure to respond or express renunciation will result in the forfeiture of the Prize.

The Prize may not, in whole or in part, be transferred or exchanged for its cash value, nor for alternative prizes, even of lesser value.

The Prize does not extend to any other concept not expressly specified, including but not limited to the following exclusions: • Meals or allowances; • Transport; • Fees and taxes, including those arising from the Prize itself and any applicable tourist tax.

  1. Collection period:

The maximum period for physically collecting the Prize will be until 31 December 2025. After that date, the winner will lose their right to the Prize, and it will be declared void, without the winner being entitled to any compensation. The Prize must be collected in person at the aforementioned space in the Village. The winner must prove their identity by showing to the Concierge Services staff of the Village their National ID card, Passport, and/or Driving Licence (provided the document includes a photograph of the holder). The winner must sign the letter of receipt of the Prize on site. The Gift Card will be activated at the time of collection by the winner.

  1. Excluded participants:

The following persons may not participate in the Draw and therefore cannot be winners: • Persons under 18 years of age; • Members, directors, and employees of the Organizer, Las Rozas Village, La Roca Village, or any other company belonging to the group operating under The Bicester Collection concept, as well as agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators participating in its preparation, and their children or immediate family members.

If, for any reason, a person listed above is selected as a winner, the Organizer may disqualify the participant and withdraw or invalidate the corresponding Prize for non-compliance with participation requirements. Any attempt at fraud may be prosecuted by the Organizer, who reserves the right to take all necessary legal actions to claim damages and any other applicable rights. In that event, the Draw will be repeated to select a new winner. In any case, the Organizer is exempt from liability for fraudulent participation or misconduct by third parties unrelated to it in the promotion or development of the Draw.

  1. The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any cases of force majeure or acts beyond its direct control that may prevent the winner from fully or partially enjoying the Prize. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical failures, computer or software malfunctions, or any satellite, network, or server errors.

  2. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Prize—or any part thereof—with one or several alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

  3. Mere participation in the Draw implies full acceptance of these Rules, meaning participants have read and understood them and expressly accept their entire content, without reservations or limitations.   1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the Draw conditions at any time, committing to communicate the new Rules, conditions, or definitive cancellation, as applicable. In particular, if due to force majeure or reasons beyond the Organizer’s control, or if the Village must close to the public for any reason and the Draw cannot take place, participants shall not be entitled to make any claim against the Organizer.

  2. Participants acknowledge and accept that the Organizer does not provide any warranty regarding the Prize acquired by the winner in the respective Draw.

  3. In compliance with applicable legislation, where relevant, the Organizer shall make the appropriate withholding and payment on account of Personal Income Tax for the winner of each Prize and will declare the awarded Prize in the corresponding tax forms. Any tax implications arising from the receipt of the Prize shall be borne by the winner, and the Organizer is released from all related responsibility.

  4. The winner of the Draw accepts and authorizes the mention of their name and/or images collecting the Prize to be published on the Organizer’s website and social media channels, as well as in any other commercial, advertising, or communication medium (internal or external) used or contracted by the Organizer, for the sole purpose of informing and publicizing the result of the Draw. This authorization is granted exclusively for this purpose, on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis. The winner agrees to reasonably participate in any subsequent promotional activities requested by the Organizer.

  5. For legal purposes, it is stated that the territorial scope of the Draw extends to the territory of Catalonia. These Rules are governed by Law 15/1984 of 20 March on gaming, and by Decree 240/2004 of 30 March, approving the catalogue of authorized games and betting in Catalonia and the applicable planning criteria, and subsidiarily by Spanish law. Any breach of the rules set forth herein by a participant will result in immediate disqualification and exclusion from the Draw, with forfeiture of the Prize if applicable.

  6. Participants and the Organizer agree that any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these Rules shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona and their superior authorities.
