Carhartt WIP
In 1855, four sewing machines were put into operation in New York to produce canvas and denim overalls; the birth of Carhartt. The brand went from manufacturing US army uniforms in World War I to dressing one of stars of Mathieu Kassovitz’s La Haine – and a multitude of rappers like Tupac Shakur. So how did the humble workwear brand reach these lofty heights? In 1994, the licensing agreement to create Carhartt WIP (Work In Progress) aligned Carhartt’s functionality with cultural spirit, courtesy of streamlined-yet-robust patterns that symbolised the ‘90s love of functionality and minimalism.
The "C" in Carhartt WIP is subtly ubiquitous. It lives both in catwalk street style and in skateparks, thanks, in part, to the brand’s famous collaborations – with Junya Watanabe, Marni, PAM, Patta, A.P.C, Sacai and VETEMENTS, to name but a few – and its commitment to promoting music and urban sports.
Boggi Milano
Two ingredients are the key to its secret formula: fabric quality and style research to adapt its pieces to contemporary life.
Whether it's a tailored suit or more casual garb, Boggi Milano's versatile, quality and sophisticated garments create wardrobes that elegantly stand the test of time. With a heritage dating back to 1939, the Italian brand has perfected the art of tailoring by honouring traditional techniques. Boggi always looks to the future, with an innovative design process, a sustainable approach and high-performance raw materials.
Claudie Pierlot founded her eponymous brand in 1984 with nonchalance and joy as her guide. After working as a stylist, Pierlot decided to design the pieces that she wanted to wear. Leaving aside grandeur and seduction, she created bold garments with youthful detail and memorable attitude, intended for women who identify with her lifestyle: uninhibited, natural and spontaneous.

Ferragamo
From the pyramid heel to the first modern platform, few have succeeded in making icons like Ferragamo. Building on his life’s anecdotes and using unusual materials such as nylon thread, cork or lace as inspiration, Ferragamo created a historical archive that continues to inspire.
In 1914, Salvatore Ferragamo opened a shoe repair and manufacturing business after emigrating from his native Italy to Hollywood. His timing was perfect – he soon helped now-celebrated actresses such as Greta Garbo, Marlene Dietrich and Bette Davis to take their first steps in the film industry. Since then, the brand’s success has continued to grow, all while evoking the glamour and style of its first creations.
Since its first fashion show in 1985, Dolce & Gabbana has become one of the most sought-after luxury brands in the world. The Italian brand's collections are a love letter to Sicily and the sensuality of the south. Vintage silhouettes featuring classic corset detailing, lace, sheer panels, tailoring and iconic prints (from leopard print to maximalist florals) are some of its hallmarks. Much more than a logo, the house of Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana represents a lifestyle associated with Mediterranean hedonism.
Dolce&Gabbana
Monica Belluci, Claudia Schiffer, Scarlett Johansson, Laetitia Casta and Kim Kardashian. Dolce & Gabbana's aesthetic universe is an ode to seduction, luxury, Mediterranean roots and, of course, feminine voluptuousness. An eternal dolce vita, its themes include sheer texture and lace with black, white and red as its statement colours.
