DRAW OF A GIFT CARD (WORTH 999 EUROS) FOR LEVEL THREE (3) MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS FOR MAKING A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) PURCHASES AT DIFFERENT STORES IN LA ROCA VILLAGE IN A SINGLE DAY

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO LEVEL THREE (3) MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS PARTICIPATING IN THIS DRAW AT LA ROCA VILLAGE:

The Organiser is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with NIF B-60.689.486 (hereinafter, the “Organiser” or “La Roca Village” interchangeably), the entity managing La Roca Village (the “Village”). The Organiser can be contacted at its registered office at La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, Postcode 08430 (Barcelona).

The Organiser details below the regulatory bases for the draw (the “Bases” and the “Draw”, respectively), directed exclusively at level three (3) membership members who make, on the same day, a minimum of five (5) purchases or transactions at the Village, i.e., in five (5) different stores or shops in the Village. The draw period will be from 25 to 30 November (the “Period”), on the occasion of “Black Friday”.

In order to participate, membership members must:

Scan their purchases made on the same day (any of the days within the Period) in any of the shops and restaurants in the Village that have a scanner, i.e., all except “Starbucks,” which is excluded from this promotion. Unscanned purchases will not be counted under any circumstances. Have previously reached level three (3) membership or achieve it at the time of making these purchases. Upon meeting the above conditions, the customer will receive an email confirming that their purchases have been successfully registered and, therefore, they are entitled to participate in the Draw, which they must confirm, if they wish, by clicking on the option that will be expressly included in this email for that purpose. That is, they will only become participants once they have expressly confirmed their participation under the aforementioned terms. The Draw will take place once the Period has ended; specifically, on 2 December 2024.

The prize will consist of a gift card (“Gift Card”) worth nine hundred and ninety-nine (999) Euros (the “Prize”). Only one entry per person is allowed in the Draw, and there will be one (1) winner of the Prize. The Gift Card is subject to its own terms and conditions reflected or accessible from it.

The winner will be randomly selected through the random.org platform. The winner will receive a notification via email confirming that they are the winner of the Draw, to which they must respond with their contact details (name, surname, address, landline and/or mobile phone, ID card, and email address), and the Organiser will inform them of the collection location. The deadline to respond to the email and provide their details will be seven (7) calendar days from the sending of the notification by the Organiser. If no response is received or in case of express refusal, the Prize corresponding to the winner who has not responded or refused will be declared void.

The Prize cannot be, in whole or in part, transferable or exchanged for its cash value, nor for alternative prizes, even of lesser value.

The Prize does not extend to any other concept not expressly specified, including but not limited to the following exclusions:

• Meals;
• Transfers;
• Taxes and duties, including those arising from the Prize and the tourist tax.

Collection deadline: The maximum deadline for the physical collection of the Prize will be until January 31, 2025. After this date, the winner will lose their right to the Prize, and it will be declared void, without the winner having any right to any compensation. The winner must verify their identity by presenting their ID card, passport, and/or driving license to the Concierge Services staff at La Roca Village. The winner must sign the prize receipt letter at this location. The Gift Card will be activated at the time of collection by the winner, having a validity of twelve (12) months from then. After this validity period, it will expire, and the winner will not be able to use it, according to the specific terms and conditions of the Gift Card.

The following persons cannot participate in this Draw and, therefore, cannot become winners:

Minors under 18 years; Partners, directors, and employees of the Organiser or La Roca Village or Las Rozas Village, nor of the other companies in the group applying the concept of The Bicester Collection, the agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators who have participated in its preparation, as well as their children and direct relatives. If, for any reason, a person listed in the previous paragraph were to become the winner, the Organiser may disqualify the participant and withdraw/invalid the Prize for not meeting the participation requirements. Any attempt at fraud may be pursued by the Organiser, which reserves the right to initiate any actions it deems necessary to claim damages and any other rights it may have. In this case, the Draw will be redone to choose a new winner.

In any case, the Organiser is exempt from liability for fraudulent participation by third parties and for their malpractice, unrelated to the Organiser, in the promotion and development of the Draw.

The Organiser shall not be responsible for cases of force majeure or acts not attributable to it that may prevent the winner from enjoying all or part of their Prize.

The Organiser does not accept any responsibility for unsuccessful entries due to technical failure, failure of computer equipment or software, or any kind of satellite, network or server failure.

The Organiser reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equivalent or higher value if necessary due to circumstances beyond the Organiser's control.

Mere participation in the Draw implies full acceptance of these Bases, indicating that the participant has read and understood them and expressly accepts their entire content, without reservations or limitations. The Organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel the conditions of this Draw at any time, committing to communicate the new Bases, conditions, or definitive cancellation, if applicable. In particular, if due to force majeure causes, outside the Organiser's will, it cannot carry out the draw in the manner and terms provided.

The Organiser disclaims all responsibility for the improper use of the Prize, as well as for any damages resulting from it.

Participation in the Draw implies that the user accepts the draw rules and the use of their data for the management of the draw.
