The Organiser is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with Tax Identification Number (NIF) B-60.689.486 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser" or "La Roca Village", interchangeably), the entity managing La Roca Village shopping destination (the "Village"). The Organiser may be contacted at its registered office at La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, Postcode 08430 (Barcelona). The Organiser hereby sets out the rules governing the gift giveaway (the "Rules" and the "Promotion"), aimed exclusively at new Membership members registered between 28 September 2026 and 8 October 2026 who make, on the same day, at least one (1) purchase in any Village boutique. Purchases made in restaurants, cafés, bars or similar food and beverage establishments within the Village shall not be valid for these purposes. The Promotion period shall run from 28 September 2026 to 8 October 2026, both dates inclusive (the "Promotion Period"). In order to participate and be eligible for one of the prizes detailed below, Membership members must: Register for Membership during the Promotion Period and consent to receiving marketing communications. Scan their purchases made on the same day, on any day within the Promotion Period. Purchases that are not scanned will not be counted under any circumstances. Upon fulfilling the above conditions, the customer will receive, on that same day, an email confirming that their purchases have been successfully registered and that they have therefore been awarded one of the prizes detailed below.   1. The Prizes will be allocated at random through "Marketing Cloud" until stocks of each Prize are exhausted, according to the quantities indicated above. The successful participant will be informed of the Prize awarded to them in the email referred to in the previous clause.

To collect the Prize, the Membership member must present, in addition to their personal Membership code, the email referred to in the previous clause to the staff at the store or collection point indicated above. The corresponding Prize may not, in whole or in part, be transferred or exchanged for cash, nor for alternative prizes, including prizes of a lower value. The Prizes do not include any items or services not expressly specified herein. By way of example only and without limitation, the following are excluded: Meals and subsistence expenses. Transport and travel. Taxes and duties, including those arising from the Prize and any tourist tax. Collection period: The maximum period for collecting, or where applicable reserving, the Prizes shall be the same day on which the purchases are made and the email referred to in the previous clauses is received, up to a maximum of thirty (30) minutes before the Village closes. Once this collection period has expired, the eligible Membership member shall lose their right to the Prize and the Prize shall be deemed unclaimed, without any entitlement to compensation of any kind. Only one participation per person shall be permitted during the Promotion Period, and for each unit of each Prize there shall be only one (1) winner. The following persons may not participate in this Promotion and, therefore, may not be selected as winners: Persons under 18 years of age. Shareholders, directors and employees of the Organiser, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village, or any other companies within the group operating under The Bicester Collection concept; agencies involved in the promotion; suppliers; direct or indirect collaborators involved in the preparation of the Promotion; and the children and immediate family members of any of the foregoing. If, for any reason, a person listed in the preceding paragraph is selected as a winner, the Organiser may remove or disqualify the participant and withdraw or invalidate the Prize for failure to comply with the participation requirements. Any attempt at fraud may be pursued by the Organiser, which reserves the right to take any action available to it in order to claim compensation for damages and losses, as well as any other legal remedies. In any event, the Organiser shall not be liable for fraudulent participation by third parties or for any misconduct by such third parties, which are beyond the Organiser’s control, in connection with the promotion and implementation of the Promotion.

  1. The Organiser shall not be liable for any force majeure event or for any act beyond its direct control that may prevent the winner from enjoying all or part of their Prize. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for entries that are not successfully completed due to technical failures, computer equipment or software failures, or any kind of satellite, network or server failure.

  2. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control.

  3. Participation in the Promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Rules, implying that the participant has read and understood them and expressly accepts their entire content without reservation or limitation.   1. The Organiser reserves the right to amend or cancel the conditions of the Promotion at any time and undertakes to communicate any new Rules, conditions or definitive cancellation, as applicable. In particular, if due to force majeure circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control La Roca Village must be closed to the public and, consequently, the Promotion cannot be carried out, participants shall not be entitled to make any claim against the Organiser.

  2. The participant acknowledges and accepts that the Organiser provides no warranties in relation to Prizes awarded or granted by Village stores and not directly by the Organiser itself.

  3. In compliance with applicable legislation, where required, the Organiser shall make the corresponding withholding and payment on account of Personal Income Tax (IRPF) in respect of each Prize winner and shall declare the Prize awarded in the relevant tax filings. Any tax implications arising from receipt of the Prize shall be borne by the winner, and the Organiser shall be released from any related liability.

  4. Winners agree and authorise the publication of their name and/or image while collecting their Prize on the Organiser’s website and social media channels, should the Organiser deem it appropriate, as well as in any other commercial, advertising or media channels used or contracted by the Organiser (internally or externally), for the purpose of informing the public and announcing the outcome of the Promotion. This authorisation is granted solely for such purpose and on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis. Winners agree to participate, within reasonable limits, in any subsequent publicity initiatives requested by the Organiser.

  5. For the purposes of the applicable regulations, it is stated that the territorial scope of the Promotion extends to the territory of Catalonia. Accordingly, these Rules are governed by Law 15/1984 of 20 March on Gaming, and Decree 240/2004 of 30 March approving the catalogue of games and betting activities authorised in Catalonia and the criteria applicable to their planning, and, subsidiarily, by any applicable Spanish legislation.
