GIFT DELIVERY TO MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS FOR MAKING AT LEAST THREE (3) PURCHASES IN THE SAME DAY, ANY DAY BETWEEN DECEMBER 2 AND DECEMBER 31, 2025, IN DIFFERENT STORES AT LA ROCA VILLAGE
The following terms and conditions shall apply to all Membership members in the circumstances expressly indicated:
The Organizer is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with tax ID B-60.689.486 (hereinafter the “Organizer”, “La Roca Village” interchangeably), the entity managing La Roca Village (the “Village”). The Organizer can be contacted at its registered office at La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, C.P. 08430 (Barcelona).
The Organizer sets out below the regulatory bases for the gift delivery (the “Bases” and the “Action”), directed exclusively at Membership members (all levels) who make at least three (3) purchases in the same day in different Village stores. The Action period shall be from December 2 to December 31, 2025, inclusive (the “Period”).
To participate and access any of the prizes indicated, Membership members must:
Scan all their purchases made on the same day, any day within the Period. Unscanned purchases will not be counted under any circumstances.
Be previously registered in Membership or register at the time of making any of said purchases.
Upon fulfilling the above conditions, the customer will receive, the same day, an email confirming that their purchases have been correctly registered and that, therefore, they are granted one of the prizes indicated below.
Upon fulfilling the conditions above, the winners will be entitled to automatically receive one of the prizes indicated below (the “Prize” or the “Prizes”):

For prize collection, the Membership member must present, in addition to their personal Membership code, the email mentioned above to the staff of the store or collection point indicated previously.
The corresponding Prize cannot, in whole or in part, be transferable or exchanged for cash value, alternative prizes, or prizes of lesser value.
Prizes do not extend to any other concept not expressly specified, including but not limited to:
Diets;
Transport;
Taxes and fees, including those derived from the Prize and the tourist tax.
Collection period: The maximum period to collect, or where applicable reserve, the Prizes is the same day the purchases are made and the email mentioned above is received, up to thirty (30) minutes before the Village closing time. After this collection period, the Membership member will lose the right to the Prize, which will be forfeited, with no entitlement to compensation.
Only one participation per person is allowed during the Period, and each unit of each Prize will have a single (1) winner.
The following individuals may not participate and therefore cannot be winners:
Minors under 18 years of age;
Partners, directors, and employees of the Organizer, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village, other companies of The Bicester Collection group, agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators involved in the preparation of this promotion, as well as their children and direct relatives. If, for any reason, a person listed above is declared a winner, the Organizer may disqualify the participant and revoke/void the Prize. Any attempt at fraud may be prosecuted by the Organizer.
The Organizer is not responsible for force majeure or acts beyond its control that prevent the winner from enjoying the Prize. The Organizer is not liable for unsuccessful participations due to technical, hardware, software, satellite, network, or server failures.
The Organizer reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative of equivalent or higher value if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
Participation in the Action implies full acceptance of these Bases. The Bases are permanently available for consultation and printing on the Organizer’s website: https://www.thebicestercollection.com/la-roca-village/es/legal/members-december
The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the Action at any time, communicating new Bases, conditions, or final cancellation.
Participants acknowledge that the Organizer provides no warranties regarding Prizes awarded or granted by Village stores and not directly by the Organizer.
Tax compliance: The Organizer will withhold and report applicable taxes to prize winners. Any tax consequences for the winner are their responsibility.
Winners authorize the Organizer to publish their name and/or image collecting the Prize on the website and social media. The authorization is non-exclusive and non-transferable.
Territorial scope: The Action is valid in Catalonia. The Bases are governed by Law 15/1984, Decree 240/2004, and subsidiary applicable Spanish law. Non-compliance will lead to disqualification and loss of Prize.
Jurisdiction: Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Barcelona.
