WEEKLY PRIZE DRAW FOR MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS FOR MAKING A MINIMUM OF FOUR (4) TRANSACTIONS IN DIFFERENT STORES AT LA ROCA VILLAGE ON THE SAME DAY, ON ANY DAY WITHIN THE PERIOD FROM JULY 15 TO AUGUST 31, 2025
THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY TO ALL MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS WHO PARTICIPATE IN THIS LA ROCA VILLAGE DRAW:

  1. The Organizer is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with Tax ID (NIF) B-60.689.486 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer” or “La Roca Village” interchangeably), the entity managing the La Roca Village center (the “Village”). The Organizer can be contacted at its registered office located at La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, Postal Code 08430 (Barcelona).

  2. The Organizer sets out below the rules governing the draw (the “Rules” and the “Draw” or “Draws,” respectively), exclusively for Membership members who, on a single day, on any day within the period from July 15 to August 31, 2025, both inclusive (the “Period”), make a minimum of four (4) purchases or transactions at the Village, i.e., at four (4) different stores or boutiques within the Village. Weekly Draws will be held during the Period (with the exception of the final week, as will be specified).

  3. To participate, Membership members must:

Scan their purchases made on the same day (any day within the Period) at any of the boutiques and food establishments within the Village that have a scanner. Unscanned purchases will not be counted under any circumstances.

Be previously registered in Membership or register at the time of making the purchases.

Be registered in Membership and have provided consent — or provide it at that time — to receive email communications from the Organizer. It is explicitly stated that without such consent, the customer will not be able to participate, even if registered in Membership.

Upon meeting the above conditions, the customer will receive an email confirming that their purchases have been correctly registered and that they therefore have the right to participate in the Draw. They must then confirm their participation, if they wish to do so, by clicking on the specific option included in the email. That is, they will only be considered a participant once they have expressly confirmed participation in the manner indicated.

  1. During the Period, weekly draws will be held for the prizes to be announced. That is, upon meeting all the conditions outlined in point “3” within the same week (except for the final week, as mentioned), participants will be entered into the Draw corresponding to that week.

Specifically, the weekly Draws will take place on the following dates:

Winners will be notified directly on the same day each respective Draw is held. Participation in each Draw will close at 11:59 PM on the day indicated in the table above.

  1. The prizes for each of the weekly Draws will be those specified for each week (the “Prize” or the “Prizes”).

  1. Only one entry per person is allowed in each Draw, and there will be one (1) winner per Draw. A person may participate in more than one Draw — even if they have already won one — provided they meet the participation requirements for each weekly Draw. The gift card (the “Gift Card”) is subject to its own terms and conditions, which are included with or accessible from it. The winner will be selected randomly using the platform random.org. The winner will receive a notification by email confirming their status as the Draw winner. They must respond with their contact details (full name, address, landline and/or mobile number, ID, and email address), and the Organizer will inform them of the prize collection location, which, unless otherwise indicated, will be the “Concierge Services” area of the same Village. The deadline to respond and provide the requested details is seven (7) calendar days from the date the Organizer sends the notification. If no response is received, or the winner explicitly declines the Prize, it will be considered forfeited.

  2. Prizes may not, in whole or in part, be transferred, exchanged for cash, or substituted for alternative prizes, not even those of lesser value.

  3. Prizes do not cover any other items not expressly specified. The following are expressly excluded, without limitation:

Meals or per diems;

Transfers or transportation;

Taxes and fees, including those arising from the Prize and the tourist tax.

  1. Prize collection deadline: The maximum period for physically collecting the Prize will be until 30 September 2025. After this date, the winner will forfeit the right to the Prize, and it will be considered unclaimed, with no compensation of any kind owed to the winner. The winner must verify their identity by showing Village Concierge Services staff their ID, passport, or driver’s license (provided the document includes a photo). The winner must also sign the prize acceptance letter at the same location. The Gift Card will be activated at the time of collection by the winner.

  2. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the Draws and may not be winners:

Individuals under the age of 18;

Partners, executives, and employees of the Organizer, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village, or other companies in The Bicester Collection group, as well as any agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, or direct or indirect collaborators in the development of the promotion, and their immediate family members.

If, for any reason, a person listed above is selected as a winner, the Organizer may disqualify them and revoke or invalidate the Prize for not meeting the participation requirements. Any attempt at fraud may be prosecuted by the Organizer, who reserves the right to take legal action to claim damages and assert any other rights it may have. In such cases, a new Draw will be held to select a new winner.

In any case, the Organizer is not liable for fraudulent participation by third parties or for bad practices by individuals unrelated to the Organizer in the promotion or execution of the Draws.

  1. The Organizer will not be held responsible in cases of force majeure or other events beyond its control that may prevent the winner from enjoying the Prize in whole or in part.

The Organizer accepts no liability for unsuccessful entries due to technical failures, computer or software errors, or satellite, network, or server issues.

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Prize — or any part of it — with one or more alternative prizes of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

  2. Participation in the Draw implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, confirming that the participant has read, understood, and explicitly agrees to all terms without reservations or limitations.   1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the Draw conditions at any time, and commits to communicating the new Terms, updated conditions, or cancellation, as applicable. In particular, if due to force majeure beyond the Organizer’s control the Village must be closed to the public, and therefore one or more Draws cannot be held, participants may not claim any compensation from the Organizer.

  2. Participants acknowledge and accept that the Organizer does not provide warranties regarding the Prizes that winners may obtain through the Draws.

  3. In compliance with applicable tax legislation, if applicable, the Organizer will carry out the necessary withholding and payment on account of the personal income tax for each Prize winner and will declare the Prize in the relevant tax forms. Any tax consequences resulting from the receipt of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner, and the Organizer is released from all liability in this regard.

  4. Winners of the respective Draws agree and authorize the Organizer to publish their name and/or image receiving the Prize on the Organizer’s website and social media accounts if deemed appropriate, as well as on any other internal or external advertising, commercial, or media platform the Organizer may use or contract, in order to inform the public about the Draw results. This authorization is granted solely for this purpose, in a non-exclusive and non-transferable manner. Winners agree to reasonably participate in any post-Drawing promotional activities the Organizer may request.

  5. For legal purposes, it is stated that the territorial scope of the Draws is limited to Catalonia (Catalunya). These Terms and Conditions are governed by Law 15/1984 of March 20 on Gaming, and Decree 240/2004 of March 30, which approves the catalog of authorized games and betting in Catalonia and the applicable planning criteria, and secondarily, by any applicable Spanish law. Violation of any of the rules outlined in these Terms by a participant will result in their immediate disqualification and expulsion from the Draw, with forfeiture of any awarded Prize.

  6. Participants and the Organizer agree that any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms will be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona city and its relevant appellate courts.
