“VILLAGE STARS” CAMPAIGN/PROMOTION AT LA ROCA VILLAGE: -70% ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT ON VILLAGE PRICES FOR SELECTED PRODUCTS

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE “VILLAGE STARS” CAMPAIGN WILL APPLY TO PURCHASES OF CERTAIN SELECTED PRODUCTS FROM PARTICIPATING BOUTIQUES AT LA ROCA VILLAGE:

  1. On the occasion of the “Village Stars” campaign (the “Promotion”), La Roca Village (the “Village” or the “Center”) offers Village visitors a 70% discount on the Village retail price (the “Discount”), subject to the terms and conditions set forth below (“T&Cs”).

  2. The Promotion is only valid at participating Village boutiques (the “Boutiques” or, individually, the “Boutique”). In addition, some Boutiques may offer benefits other than the Discount. At the end of these Terms and Conditions, the Boutiques* are identified, differentiating between those that apply the Discount and those that offer benefits other** than it. In any case, the Village's food service establishments, such as restaurants and cafes, are excluded from the Promotion.

  3. The Promotion consists of the application of the Discount (or, where applicable, the commercial advantage expressly indicated in these Terms and Conditions) by the Boutiques on the purchase of certain products expressly and freely selected by them (the “Products” or the “Product”), until the available stock of each Product is exhausted. The Boutiques may select specific sizes of each Product for the Promotion; therefore, they cannot guarantee that all sizes corresponding to the Products to which the Discount applies will be available. However, customers may purchase up to a maximum of one unit of each Product in each Boutique. (i.e., one unit per reference/model/color; except for those cases expressly detailed at the end of these Terms and Conditions*), even if they belong to different sizes.

It is expressly stated that Products corresponding to the 2026 collections are excluded from the Promotion, and therefore the Discount cannot be applied to them.

  1. The Promotion will take place only between June 5 and June 8, 2026, both dates inclusive.

  2. The Promotion will only be valid for purchases made in person at the Village Boutiques. That is, the Discount will not apply to purchases made through any digital, electronic, and/or remote means, including the “Virtual Personal Shopping” and “La Roca Village from Home” services, even if customers have purchased any of the Products.

  3. The Discount cannot be combined with other offers and will not be valid while any other promotional campaign is taking place in the Village and/or the corresponding Boutique.

  4. Unless expressly stated otherwise below** for any of the Boutiques, the Discount will be applied to the sale price of the products in the Village, before the application of any taxes, fees, duties, or any other similar charges.

  5. The customer acknowledges and accepts that:

8.1 Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., the Village's management company, its partners, subsidiaries, and other related entities, as well as the Village's owner (collectively referred to as “VR”), are not responsible, under any circumstances, for the prices or discounts advertised and/or ultimately applied by the Boutiques to their products at any given time;

8.2 VR only manages the Center, while the Boutiques are responsible for directly carrying out sales and transactions with customers. Therefore, the completion of a sale and, where applicable, the application of the Discount, as well as any other benefit or promotion, do not create any contractual relationship between VR and the customer;

8.3 For the same reason, the selection of Products has been carried out by the Boutiques, and VR provides no guarantees regarding the products (such as their quality) sold by the Boutiques and purchased by customers directly from them; and

8.4 Therefore, the customer acknowledges that they will not have the right, and in any case waives, to make any claim against VR if the Boutique ultimately does not apply the Discount, either in part or in full, or does not participate in the Promotion, and should, if necessary, file any claim directly with the corresponding Boutique.
