LA ROCA VILLAGE ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT: The following Terms and Conditions shall apply to use of the Apartment at La Roca Village:

  1. “The Apartment” means the exclusive (by invitation only) VIP luxury hospitality lounge located at La Roca Village.

  2. Guests must email [PrivateClients@LaRocaVillage.com] (PrivateClients@LaRocaVillage.com), or book through the link provided in their invitation a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours before they wish to use The Apartment to request their booking.

  3. On arrival at La Roca Village, Guests must present their Partner Membership Card and/or their Private Client Card and/or their invitation to use The Apartment together with their booking confirmation at La Roca Village Guest Concierge. Guests will then be entitled (subject to availability) to complimentary access to The Apartment.

  4. Access to The Apartment will be restricted to the hours of use communicated at the La Roca Village Guest Concierge or in the booking confirmation.

  5. Access to The Apartment is subject to availability and is only valid on the date and at the times of the booking confirmation.

  6. Guests must comply with all rules and directions provided by La Roca Village staff when in The Apartment. La Roca Village reserves the right to remove Guests from The Apartment if they fail to follow directions, behave dangerously, act in an anti-social manner or cause disturbance.

Data Protection

  1. Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., the managing company of La Roca Village, processes the personal data of Guests for the purpose of registering Guests for The Apartment and managing the service during the Guest’s visit to La Roca Village.

  2. The Apartment at La Roca Village is provided by Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U. whose registered office is at La Roca Village s/n, 08430, Santa Agnès de Malanyanes (La Roca del Vallès), Barcelona.
