DRAW FOR A MAJE M BAG FOR MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS FOR PURCHASES MADE BETWEEN 14 APRIL AND 4 MAY 2025 AT THE MAJE BOUTIQUE IN LA ROCA VILLAGE

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY TO MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS PARTICIPATING IN THIS LA ROCA VILLAGE DRAW:

The organiser is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with Tax ID B-60.689.486 (hereinafter the "Organiser" or "La Roca Village" interchangeably), the entity that manages the La Roca Village outlet centre. The Organiser can be contacted at its registered office in La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, postcode 08430 (Barcelona).

The Organiser hereby outlines the rules of the draw (the “Rules” and the “Draw”, respectively), exclusively aimed at Membership members who make purchases totalling a minimum of 200 Euros at the Maje boutique in La Roca Village during the period between 14 April and 4 May 2025, both dates inclusive (the “Period”).

The territorial scope of this Draw extends to the whole of Spain, including both the mainland and islands.

To participate, Membership members must:

Scan their purchases amounting to a minimum of 200 Euros during the Period at the Maje boutique in La Roca Village (the “Village”). Unscanned purchases will not be counted under any circumstances. Purchases will be cumulative throughout the Period.

Be previously registered in Membership.

Upon meeting the above conditions, the customer will receive an email confirming that their purchases have been correctly recorded and that they are therefore eligible to participate in the Draw. To enter, the customer must confirm participation by clicking on the dedicated link included in said email. A member will only become a participant once they have explicitly confirmed their participation in the manner described above.

Once the Period has ended, a single Draw will be held for one Maje bag. Specifically, this refers to the “M Bag by Maje in sky blue” model (the “Bag” or the “Prize”, interchangeably). The prize is valued at two hundred and fifty-five euros (€255). The Draw will take place on 5 May 2025, and the winner will be notified directly via email on the same day, as explained further in point “7”.

Only one entry per person will be allowed, and there will be one (1) winner.

The winner will be randomly selected using the platform random.org. The winner will receive an email notification confirming they have won the Draw and requesting their contact details (full name, address, landline and/or mobile number, ID/passport number, and email address). The Organiser will inform the winner of the collection point for the Prize. The winner will have five (5) calendar days from the notification email to reply and provide the required details. If no reply is received within this timeframe or if the winner expressly declines the Prize, it will be considered unclaimed.

The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash or any alternative prizes, even of lesser value.

The Prize does not cover any costs or expenses not explicitly stated, including but not limited to:

Meals or allowances;

Transportation;

Taxes or levies, including any taxes arising from the Prize or any tourist tax.

Collection period: The Prize must be collected in person by no later than 31 December 2025. After this date, the winner will forfeit the right to claim the Prize, and it will be considered unclaimed, with no right to compensation. The winner must present valid photo identification (DNI, passport, or driving licence) to the Concierge Services staff at La Roca Village. The winner must also sign the Prize collection letter at the time of collection.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate or win:

Individuals under the age of 18;

Partners, directors, and employees of the Organiser, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village, or other companies within The Bicester Collection group, including agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, or direct/indirect collaborators, as well as their children or close relatives.

Should a person falling under the above criteria be selected as the winner, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the participant and revoke the Prize. Any fraudulent behaviour may result in legal action by the Organiser, who may seek damages. In such cases, the Draw will be repeated to select a new winner.

The Organiser shall not be held liable for any fraudulent participation or misconduct by third parties unrelated to the Organiser.

The Organiser will not be held liable for force majeure or events beyond its control that prevent the winner from fully or partially enjoying the Prize.

The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another of equal or higher value if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

Participation in the Draw constitutes full acceptance of these Rules, confirming that the participant has read, understood, and agreed to their content in full. The Rules will be permanently available for consultation and printing by participants, in various languages, on the Organiser’s website at the following link:

The Organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel the Draw at any time, including its terms and conditions. Any such changes will be communicated accordingly. In particular, if La Roca Village were to close to the public due to force majeure, preventing the Draw from taking place, participants will not have grounds for any claims against the Organiser.

Participants acknowledge and accept that the Organiser offers no warranties regarding the Prize.

In accordance with applicable law, where appropriate, the Organiser will withhold and pay the relevant personal income tax on behalf of the winner, and will declare the Prize in the relevant tax forms. Any additional tax consequences for the winner are their sole responsibility.

The winner authorises the Organiser to publish their name and/or image when collecting the Prize on the Organiser’s website, social media platforms, or other commercial or media channels used by the Organiser, solely for this purpose and in a non-exclusive, non-transferable manner. The winner agrees to participate in reasonable post-draw promotional activities if requested by the Organiser.

These Rules are governed by Spanish law. Any violation of the Rules by a participant will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize.

Participants and the Organiser agree that any disputes arising in relation to these Rules will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.
