GIFT DELIVERY TO MEMBERS OF MEMBERSHIP FOR MAKING AT LEAST THREE (3) PURCHASES IN A SINGLE DAY, ANY DAY WITHIN THE PERIOD FROM MARCH 3 TO MARCH 31, 2026, IN DIFFERENT ESTABLISHMENTS AT LA ROCA VILLAGE
THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY TO ALL MEMBERS OF MEMBERSHIP UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES EXPRESSLY STATED:
The Organizer is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with NIF B-60.689.486 (hereinafter the “Organizer”, “La Roca Village” interchangeably), an entity managing the La Roca Village center (the “Village”). The Organizer can be contacted at its registered office at La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, C.P. 08430 (Barcelona).
The Organizer details below the regulatory bases for the gift delivery (the “Bases” and the “Action”), addressed exclusively to Membership members (of all levels) who make at least three (3) purchases in a single day, in different Village establishments. The period of the Action shall be from March 1 to March 31, 2026, inclusive (the “Period”).
To participate and access any of the prizes indicated, Membership members must:
Scan all their purchases made, in a single day, any day within the Period. Purchases not scanned will not be counted under any circumstances.
Be previously registered in Membership or register at the time of making any of such purchases.
Upon fulfilling the above conditions, the customer will receive, on the same day, an email confirming that their purchases have been correctly registered and that, therefore, they are granted one of the prizes indicated below.
Once the conditions indicated in the previous point are met, the lucky participants will be entitled to automatically receive one of the prizes listed below (the “Prize” or the “Prizes”):

To collect the Prize, the Membership member must present, in addition to their personal Membership code, the email indicated in the previous point to the staff of the establishment or collection place previously indicated.
The corresponding Prize cannot be, in whole or in part, transferred or exchanged for its cash value, nor for alternative prizes, even of lesser value.
The Prizes do not extend to any other concept not expressly specified, including, by way of enumeration but not limitation, the following exclusions:
- Diets;
- Transfers;
- Fees and taxes, including those derived from the Prize and the tourist tax.
Collection period: The maximum period for collection, or if applicable, reservation, of the Prizes shall be the same day the purchases are made and the email indicated in the previous points is received, up to, at most, thirty (30) minutes before the Village closes. After this collection period, the Membership member will lose their right to the Prize, which shall be considered forfeited, without the person having any right to compensation.
Only one participation per person will be allowed during the Period and for each unit of each Prize there will be only one (1) winner.
The following persons may not participate in this Action and therefore cannot be winners:
Persons under 18 years old;
Partners, directors, and employees of the Organizer, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village, or any other companies in the group applying The Bicester Collection concept, agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators who have participated in the preparation thereof, as well as the children and direct relatives of all of these.
If, for any reason, a person listed in the previous paragraph is declared a winner, the Organizer may disqualify the participant and withdraw/invalidate the Prize for not meeting the participation requirements. Any attempt of fraud may be pursued by the Organizer, who reserves the right to take any action to claim compensation for damages and any other rights it may have. In any case, the Organizer is exempt from liability for fraudulent participation by third parties and for their misconduct, unrelated to the Organizer, in the promotion and development of the Action.
The Organizer shall not be liable for force majeure cases or acts not directly attributable to it, which could prevent the winner from enjoying the Prize fully or partially. The Organizer accepts no liability for participations not successfully completed due to technical failure, computer or software failure, or any kind of satellite, network, or server failure.
The Organizer reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equivalent or higher value if necessary due to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control.
Mere participation in the Action implies full acceptance of these Bases, meaning that the participant has read and understood them and expressly accepts their entire content, without reservation or limitation. The Bases will be permanently available for consultation and printing by all participants in the following languages on the Organizer’s website, specifically at the following link:

The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the conditions of the Action at any time, committing to communicate the new Bases, conditions, or definitive cancellation, if applicable. In particular, if due to force majeure beyond the Organizer’s control La Roca Village must be closed to the public and the Action cannot take place, the participant may not make any claim against the Organizer.
The participant acknowledges and accepts that the Organizer provides no guarantees regarding the Prizes awarded or granted by Village establishments and not directly by the Organizer.
After the indicated collection period (and, if applicable, redemption), clients will lose the right to the corresponding Prize, without being able to claim anything from the Collaborator and/or Organizer.
In cases where the Prize consists of an experience* provided by a Collaborator, the maximum period to enjoy the Prize will be freely defined by the Collaborator, with the Organizer entirely uninvolved, and indicated on the voucher delivered by our Concierge Services team.
In any case, it is expressly stated that the Prizes may be subject to their own terms and conditions, freely defined by the Collaborators. Therefore, the Organizer cannot provide guarantees regarding the Prizes. Also, please note that depending on the nature of each Prize, they may be subject to availability and/or prior reservation. If prior reservation is required, it is the Customer’s responsibility to make it. Please note that the expiry of the redemption period and/or failure to reserve, in time and/or form, may result in losing the possibility to enjoy the corresponding Prize, without Value Retail or the Collaborator being liable. Additionally, some Prizes may be available while supplies last or until capacity is reached.
The Prizes may not be, in whole or in part, transferred or exchanged for their cash value, nor for alternative prizes, even of lesser value.
In compliance with current legislation, if applicable, the Organizer will withhold and pay the corresponding Personal Income Tax from the winner of each Prize and will declare the Prize on the relevant tax forms. Any tax consequences of obtaining the Prize for the winner are the winner’s responsibility, relieving the Organizer of any liability.
Winners accept and authorize that the mention of their name and/or image receiving their Prizes may be published on the Organizer’s website and social networks if deemed appropriate, as well as on any other commercial, advertising, or media platform used or contracted (internally or externally) by the Organizer, to inform and make public the result of the Action. This authorization is granted solely for this purpose, non-exclusive and non-transferable. The winner agrees to reasonably participate in subsequent promotional initiatives requested by the Organizer.
For applicable regulations, it is stated that the territorial scope of the Action extends to the territory of Catalonia. These Bases are governed by Law 15/1984 of 20 March on gaming, and Decree 240/2004 of 30 March, approving the catalogue of authorized games and betting in Catalonia and the applicable planning criteria, and subsidiarily, by the applicable Spanish Law. Violation of any rules in these Bases by the participant will result in immediate disqualification and expulsion from the Action, with loss of the Prize, if applicable.
Participants and the Organizer accept that any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these Bases will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona city.
