Bollicine Champagne Bar is the brainchild of two entrepreneurial friends and their shared passion for Champagne, the symbol par excellence of festivity, conviviality and cheerfulness.

The format envisages the combination of France’s most famous wine and the king of Italian cured meats, Culatello di Zibello pdo.

Bollicine Champagne Bar in Paris La Vallée opens with an exclusive collaboration with the iconic Champagne House Bollinger and the Italian brand Cipriani of Venice, inventor of the world-famous Carpaccio and the Bellini cocktail.

The food offer is completed by a selection of cured meats and cheeses, meat and fish tartare and the ever-present oysters for an authentic taste experience. Seasonality and local traditions characterise our Menus.

Valuable elements such as marble and wood decorate and embellish our Champagne Bars, complementing a food and wine proposal that aims to be inclusive with special attention to table details and service.
