Take the time for a lunch break and discover Stéphanie Le Quellec's home-made and heartfelt cuisine.
The Concept
Catering? Pastry shop? Delicatessen? Neighbourhood cellar? MAM is a contemporary combination of all of these; the ultimate in everyday goodies. Her cuisine of course, the sublime cakes of pastry chef Pierre Chirac, but not just these.
Stéphanie Le Quellec's cooking house offers a contemporary qualitative alternative to eat very well at the office, at the weekend with the family, in the evening at home, for an impromptu aperitif, even when life doesn't leave you the time.
Stéphanie Le Quellec
Passionate about cooking since childhood, she entered the hotel school at only 14. In 2001, she joined the kitchens of the George V alongside three-star Michelin chef Philippe Legendre. Then she spent 8 years in Provence, and at only 28 took over the reins of the two restaurants of the Four Seasons Terre Blanche in Tourrettes.
In 2011, she became the first female winner of the Top Chef show and in 2013, she was entrusted with the role of Executive Chef of the Prince de Galles Hotel in Paris. Just nine months after opening, she was awarded her first Michelin star and a second in 2019.
At the end of 2019, Stephanie Le Quellec opened her own restaurant "La Scène" at 32 avenue Matignon, in Paris. A restaurant that was quickly noticed and awarded two stars in the Michelin Guide and a member of the Grandes Tables du Monde.
At the end of 2020, in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis, Stéphanie Le Quellec remained positive and reinvented take-away sales by opening "MAM" in the 17th arrondissement, her "Maison de cuisine" dedicated to "Cuisine de Maison".
