The La Vallée Village membership programme is our loyalty programme. As soon as you register, you’ll receive your unique, 16-digit personal code and QR code and you’ll unlock your first level 1 benefits.

The more you scan your personal code when you make a purchase, the more stars you earn and the more benefits you’ll unlock as you level up. You’ll also unlock surprises, culinary treats, special gifts, exclusive invitations, benefits from our partners and five-star services as you go.

There are three levels of membership, based on the number of stars you’ve earned. You receive one star for each €1 spent in the Village when you scan your personal code.

• Level 1: 0–999 stars
• Level 2: 1,000–2,999 stars
• Level 3: 3,000+ stars

Your level is determined based on the number of stars you earn over 12 months, from 1 March to the last day of February of the following year. You’ll level up once you reach the next level’s star threshold, at which point you’ll receive a level up reward!

You’ll find your personal code in all La Vallée Village emails and by signing in to your membership profile on our website or the La Vallée Village app, available free of charge on your smartphone’s application store.

Yes. You can earn stars until the last day of February. Then, every 1 March, your balance is reset to zero to make way for a new year of benefits and rewards.

The level you’ve reached is valid for the following 12 months. The number of stars you’ve earned during the year will then determine whether, on 1 March, you stay at your current level. You can check your level by signing in to your membership profile

The best way to keep track of your rewards is to download the La Vallée Village app and tap ”Membership”. If you’ve agreed to receive our communications, we’ll alert you of new rewards and benefits in real time by email and/or push notification. You can also log in via the website by clicking here

Each member can only have one active membership. We cannot merge accounts. To maximise your benefits, we strongly recommend that you delete one of your accounts by sending your request to ConciergeServices@LaValleeVillage.com

During the reset process, don’t forget to check the “Promotions” or “Spam/Junk” folder in your email inbox. If you still can’t access your membership account, please email ConciergeServices@LaValleeVillage.com.

If you’ve stopped seeing emails from us, please check the “Promotions” or “Spam/Junk” folder in your email inbox. To ensure our emails reach your inbox, please set our email address as a trusted address. If you’ve never received emails from us, it's probably because you didn't give us permission. If you’d like to start receiving our communications, please update your contact preferences by signing in to your membership profile. Click “update your profile” on the website or “my account” on the app and agree to receive our emails/push notifications.

To update your email address, simply log in to your membership account on our website, click “update your profile”, then “update your email” and follow the instructions.

When scan your personal code in the boutiques, your stars appear on your account in real time. In some cases, stars can take up to 24 hours to show on your profile.

If your balance isn’t correct after 24 hours, we advise you to log out of the La Vallée Village app and then log back in again. If this doesn't work, we recommend uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it.

Finally, if your star balance still isn’t correct, kindly send your request and images of your purchase receipts to ConciergeServices@LaValleeVillage.com.

If your personal code isn’t showing, please check your mobile network. If you’re currently at La Vallée Village, please connect to the complimentary Village Wi-Fi to make it easier to download your code.

If your code is showing but boutique staff are unable to scan it, please email ConciergeServices@LaValleeVillage.com or, if you’re in the Village, go to Concierge Services. Click here to see the Village map.

We can’t retroactively scan your personal code. However, if a boutique is unable to scan your purchases for technical reasons, kindly send your request and images of your unscanned purchase receipts to ConciergeServices@LaValleeVillage.com.
