At La Vallée Village, Menu Palais serves up generous lashings of Gallic charm. Modelled on MINIPALAIS, famously located in Paris’s emblematic Grand Palais, chef Stéphane d’Aboville’s Burgundian classics elevate French country cooking to haute couture. On the menu are seasonal vegetable casserole, rigatoni pasta gratin with Brie and truffle, or a classic steak or sea bass fillet. Finish with crème brûlée or vanilla and caramel millefeuille.
