Miles Credit Procedure

Your request can be submitted:

• On site, or
• Remotely, within 48 hours following your visit, at the address: FrequentFlyerRewards@LaValéeVillage.com

Exception: CTRIP Program

The credit must be processed exclusively on site, on the day of your purchases. A valid ID is mandatory.

Please prepare the following items:

A. Partner Program Information

• Program name
• Membership number
• First and last name as registered on your partner account
• Your email address

B. Receipts

• Original, legible receipts from a La Vallée Village boutique
• Duplicates, credit notes, and refund receipts are not accepted
• Receipts not associated with your first/last name will be refused

C. Proof of Purchase / Payment Methods

You must be both the holder of the partner account and the purchaser.

Please provide the following depending on your payment method:

• Credit card purchase: presentation of the credit card used (the first/last name must match the partner account)
• Apple Pay purchase: presentation of transactions (list of transactions + details of the affiliated card). In Apple Wallet, select the card used, click on the menu at the top right → “Card Number,” then take a screenshot.
• Remote purchase: PayByLink confirmation email in your first/last name
• Cash purchase: your shopping bags (present them physically)

If the information does not match or there are missing elements, we will not be able to credit the miles.
