RAFFLE OF “AMARES DO BRAZIL” HANDBAGS FOR MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS MAKING A MINIMUM OF FOUR PURCHASES IN DIFFERENT STORES AT LAS ROZAS VILLAGE ON THE SAME DAY, ON ANY DAY BETWEEN 30 MARCH AND 6 APRIL 2026

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all Membership members participating in this Las Rozas Village raffle:

  1. Organiser

The organiser is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., tax ID B‑60.689.486 (hereinafter, the “Organiser” or “Las Rozas Village” indistinctly), the entity managing Las Rozas Village (the “Village”). The Organiser may be contacted at its registered address at La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, 08430 (Barcelona).

  1. Purpose and eligibility

The Organiser sets out below the rules governing the raffle (the “Terms” and the “Raffle”, respectively), which is exclusively open to Membership members who, on the same day, on any date between 30 March and 6 April 2026 inclusive (the “Period”), make a minimum of four (4) purchases or transactions at the Village, in four (4) different boutiques or establishments.

  1. Participation requirements

To take part, Membership members must:

Scan their purchases made during the Period at any boutique or restaurant in the Village equipped with a scanner. Purchases that are not scanned will not be counted under any circumstances. Already be registered in Membership, or register at the time of making those purchases. Having registered for Membership, have given consent (or give it at that moment) to receive email communications from the Organiser. Without such consent, participation will not be possible, even if the customer is registered in Membership. Once the above conditions have been met, the customer will receive an email confirming that their purchases have been correctly registered and that they are therefore eligible to enter the Raffle. The customer must confirm their participation by clicking on the option expressly included in that email. Only upon such confirmation will the customer be deemed a participant.

  1. Raffle process

The Raffle will take place after the end of the Period, specifically on 8 April 2026. As the Organiser has a total of fifteen (15) prizes available (as described below), up to fifteen (15) draws may be carried out (each referred to individually and collectively as the “Raffle”). If fewer than fifteen (15) participants meet all requirements, the Organiser will conduct as many draws as there are eligible participants.

  1. Prize

The prize consists of one (1) handbag from the brand “Amares do Brazil”, each valued at approximately €150 (the “Prize” or “Prizes”). As these are unique and therefore different pieces, the stated value is approximate, calculated as the average. The specific Prize awarded to each winner will also be allocated randomly during the Raffle. Winners may not choose a specific model, nor make any claim in this regard.

  1. Winner notification

The winner will be selected at random via the platform random.org. The winner will receive an email notification confirming their status and must reply with their contact details (full name, address, landline/mobile number, ID number and email address). The Organiser will then inform the winner of the collection point. The winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days from the Organiser’s notification. Failure to respond or explicit refusal will result in the Prize being declared void.

  1. Non-transferability

The Prize may not be transferred, exchanged in whole or in part for cash, or substituted for an alternative prize of any kind.

  1. Exclusions

The Prize does not include any items not expressly specified. By way of example and without limitation, exclusions include:

Meals or allowances Transfers Taxes or fees, including those related to the Prize or tourist taxes

  1. Prize collection

The Prize must be collected no later than 31 August 2026. After that date, the winner will forfeit the Prize with no right to compensation. The winner must present valid ID (DNI, passport or driving licence) to the Concierge Services team at Las Rozas Village and sign a Prize acceptance form.

  1. Ineligible participants

The following individuals may not participate or win:

Minors under 18 Directors, partners and employees of the Organiser, La Roca Village or Las Rozas Village, or any company within The Bicester Collection group; agencies involved in the promotion; suppliers and direct or indirect collaborators; or their children or immediate family

If, for any reason, a person listed above is selected as a winner, the Organiser may disqualify the participant and invalidate the Prize. The Organiser may pursue fraud attempts and take any appropriate legal action. In such case, a new draw will be conducted. The Organiser accepts no liability for fraudulent participation or improper practices by third parties.

  1. Force majeure

The Organiser shall not be liable for cases of force majeure or any circumstances beyond its control that may prevent the winner from enjoying the Prize in whole or in part. The Organiser accepts no liability for unsuccessful entries due to technical failures, computer issues or network/server outages.

  1. Prize substitution

The Organiser reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value where circumstances require.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the Raffle implies full acceptance of these Terms. Participants acknowledge that they have read and understood them.   1. Modifications

The Organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel the Raffle at any time and will communicate any updates accordingly. If the Village must be closed to the public due to force majeure, the participant may not claim compensation.

  1. Prize warranty

Participants acknowledge that the Organiser provides no warranties regarding the Prize.

  1. Tax obligations

Where applicable, the Organiser will apply the relevant withholding tax on the Prize and report it to the tax authorities. Any tax implications for the winner arising from receipt of the Prize shall be solely their responsibility.

  1. Publicity consent

The winner authorises the Organiser to publish their name and/or an image of them collecting the Prize on its website, social media and other commercial or advertising media for the purpose of announcing the Raffle results. The winner agrees to participate, within reasonable limits, in post‑award promotional activities.

  1. Governing law

The territorial scope of the Raffle is the Community of Madrid. These Terms are governed by Law 6/2001 of 3 July on gaming in the Community of Madrid, and subsidiarily by applicable Spanish law. Violation of these Terms will result in immediate disqualification and loss of the Prize.

  1. Jurisdiction

Any dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of these Terms shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona.
