CAMPAIGN / “FASHION STARS” PROMOTION AT LAS ROZAS VILLAGE:-70% ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT ON THE VILLAGE PRICE ON SELECTED PRODUCTS

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE “FASHION STARS” CAMPAIGN SHALL APPLY TO PURCHASES OF CERTAIN PRODUCTS SELECTED BY THE PARTICIPATING BOUTIQUES AT LAS ROZAS VILLAGE: On the occasion of the “Fashion Stars” campaign (the “Promotion”), Las Rozas Village (the “Village” or the “Centre”) offers visitors to the Village a 70% discount on the Village retail price (the “Discount”), under the terms and conditions set out below (“Ts&Cs”). The Promotion is valid only in the Village boutiques participating in it (the “Boutiques” or, individually, the “Boutique”). In addition, some Boutiques may offer advantages other than the Discount. At the end of these Ts&Cs, the participating Boutiques* are listed, distinguishing between those applying the Discount and those offering different** advantages. In any case, food and beverage establishments in the Village, such as restaurants and cafés, are excluded from the Promotion. The Promotion consists of applying the Discount (or, where applicable, the commercial advantage expressly indicated in these Ts&Cs) by the Boutiques on purchases of certain products expressly and freely selected by them (the “Products” or the “Product”), while stocks last for each Product. Boutiques may select specific sizes of each Product for the Promotion, and therefore cannot guarantee the availability of all sizes of the Products to which the Discount applies. However, customers may purchase a maximum of one unit of each Product in each Boutique (that is, one unit per reference/model/colour; except where expressly indicated otherwise at the end of these Ts&Cs*), even if they are in different sizes. It is expressly stated that Products belonging to the 2026 collections are excluded from the Promotion, and therefore the Discount cannot be applied to them. The Promotion will take place solely on 14 February 2026, that is, one single day and only for purchases completed on that same day. The Promotion will only be valid for purchases made physically in the Village Boutiques. This means that the Discount will not apply to purchases made through any digital, telematic and/or remote means, including the “Virtual Personal Shopping” and “Las Rozas Village from Home” services, even if customers purchase any of the Products. The Discount cannot be combined with other offers nor will it be valid during any other promotional campaign taking place in the Village and/or in the relevant Boutique. Unless expressly stated otherwise below** for any Boutique, the Discount will apply to the Village retail price of the products, before the application of any taxes, duties or similar charges. The customer acknowledges and accepts that: 8.1 Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., the managing entity of the Village, its partners, subsidiaries and affiliated entities, as well as the company owning the Village (jointly referred to as “VR”), are not responsible, under any circumstances, for the prices or discounts advertised and/or ultimately applied by the Boutiques to their products; 8.2 VR only manages the Centre, while the Boutiques directly carry out sales and transactions with customers. Therefore, making a sale and, where applicable, applying the Discount, as well as any other advantage or promotion, does not create any contractual relationship between VR and the customer; 8.3 For the same reason, the selection of the Products has been carried out by the Boutiques and VR does not provide any warranties regarding the products (such as, for example, their quality) sold by the Boutiques and purchased by customers directly from them; and 8.4 Therefore, the customer acknowledges that they will have no right to make, and hereby waive any claim against VR in the event that a Boutique ultimately does not apply the Discount, whether in whole or in part, or does not participate in the Promotion, and must make any claim, where applicable, directly to the relevant Boutique.
