PRIZE DRAW FOR ONE (1) €500 GIFT CARD FOR NEW MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS REGISTERED THROUGH "FEVER" WHO MAKE A MINIMUM OF ONE (1) PURCHASE AT LAS ROZAS VILLAGE DURING THE PERIOD FROM 03-09-2026 TO 20-09-2026

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY TO ALL NEW MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS PARTICIPATING IN THIS PRIZE DRAW AT LAS ROZAS VILLAGE:

The Organiser is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with Tax ID B-60.689.486 (hereinafter the "Organiser" or "Las Rozas Village" interchangeably), the entity that manages the Las Rozas Village centre (the "Village"). The Organiser can be contacted at its registered address at La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, Postcode 08430 (Barcelona).

The Organiser sets out below the rules governing the prize draw (the "Rules" and the "Prize Draw" respectively), addressed exclusively to new Membership members who make a minimum of one (1) purchase or transaction in any of the Village's shops or boutiques during the period from 03-09-2026 to 20-09-2026 inclusive (the "Period").

To be eligible to participate, Membership members must:

Be a user of the "FEVER" platform and register with the Village's Membership programme via the following link: https://www.lasrozasvillage.com/es/register/LZV-Membership-Partner-Fever-ES or https://www.lasrozasvillage.com/en/register/LZV-Membership-Partner-Fever-EN between 03/09/26 and 20/09/26 inclusive.

Accept communications from Las Rozas Village upon registration.

Scan their purchases made during the Period at any of the Village's boutiques and dining establishments that have a scanner, i.e. all except Starbucks, which is excluded from this promotion. Unscanned purchases will not be counted under any circumstances.

Upon meeting the above conditions, the customer will receive an email confirming that their purchases have been correctly registered and that they are therefore entitled to participate in the Prize Draw, which they must confirm, if they so wish, by clicking on the option expressly included in said email for this purpose. That is, they will only become a participant once they have expressly confirmed their participation in the terms indicated above.

The Prize Draw will take place once the Period has ended; specifically, on 22-09-2026.

The prize will consist of one (1) Gift Card valued at €500.00 (the "Prize" or the "Gift Card" interchangeably). Only one entry per person will be permitted in the Prize Draw and there will be one (1) winner of the Prize. The Gift Card is subject to its own terms and conditions reflected on or accessible from it.

The winner will be chosen at random via the random.org platform. The winner will receive a notification by email confirming that they have won the Prize Draw, to which they must respond with their contact details (name, surname, address, landline and/or mobile phone number, national ID number, and email address), and the Organiser will inform them of the collection point. The deadline for responding to the email and providing their details will be seven (7) calendar days from the date the notification is sent by the Organiser. If no response is received or if the winner expressly declines, the Prize corresponding to the winner who has not responded or has declined will be void.

The Prize cannot, in whole or in part, be transferred, exchanged for its cash value, or swapped for alternative prizes, even of lesser value.

The Prize does not extend to any concept not expressly specified, including but not limited to the following exclusions:

Subsistence allowances; Transfers; Taxes and levies, including those arising from the Prize and the tourist tax.

Collection period: The maximum deadline for the physical collection of the Prize will be 31-12-2026. After that date, the winner will forfeit their right to the Prize and it will be deemed void, without the winner being entitled to any compensation whatsoever. The winner must verify their identity by presenting their national ID card, passport and/or driving licence to the Concierge Services staff at Las Rozas Village. The winner must sign the Prize receipt letter on the spot. The Gift Card will be activated at the time of collection by the winner.

The following persons may not participate in this Prize Draw and therefore cannot be winners:

Those under 18 years of age; Partners, directors, and employees of the Organiser, La Roca Village, or Las Rozas Village, nor of the other companies within the group that operate under The Bicester Collection concept, the agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators who have participated in its development, nor the children and immediate family members of any of the above.

If, for any reason, a person listed in the above paragraph were to be selected as the winner, the Organiser may deregister/disqualify the participant and withdraw/invalidate the Prize on the grounds that they do not meet the eligibility requirements. Any attempt at fraud may be pursued by the Organiser, which reserves the right to initiate whatever legal actions may be available to it in order to claim compensation for damages and any other rights it may have. In such a case, the Prize Draw would be held again to select a new winner.

In any event, the Organiser is exempt from liability for fraudulent participation by third parties and for their malpractice, unrelated to the Organiser, in the promotion and running of the Prize Draw.

The Organiser shall not be liable for cases of force majeure or for acts not directly attributable to it that may prevent the winner from enjoying the Prize in full or in part.

The Organiser accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical failure, computer or software failure, or any kind of satellite, network, or server failure.

The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value if required due to circumstances beyond the Organiser's control.

Participation in the Prize Draw constitutes full acceptance of these Rules, implying that the participant has read and understood them and expressly accepts their entire content, without reservation or limitation. The Organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel the conditions of this Prize Draw at any time, undertaking to communicate the new Rules, conditions, or definitive cancellation, as the case may be. In particular, if due to force majeure beyond the Organiser's control the Village were required to close to the public and the Prize Draw could therefore not take place, the participant shall have no grounds for complaint against the Organiser.

The participant acknowledges and accepts that the Organiser gives no guarantees with respect to the Prize acquired by the winner in the Prize Draw.

In compliance with current legislation, where applicable, the Organiser will make the corresponding withholding and payment on account of Personal Income Tax on behalf of the Prize winner, and will declare the Prize awarded in the corresponding tax forms. Any tax implications arising from winning the Prize will be the responsibility of the winner, and the Organiser shall be relieved of any liability in this regard.

The Prize Draw winner accepts and authorises the mention of their name and/or image collecting their Prize to be published on the Organiser's website and social media channels if the Organiser so decides, as well as in any other commercial, advertising, or media outlet that the Organiser may use or commission (internal or external), in order to inform the public of the result of the Prize Draw. This authorisation is granted solely for this purpose, on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis. The winner undertakes to participate, on reasonable terms, in any subsequent promotional initiatives the Organiser may request of them.

For the purposes of applicable regulations, it is hereby stated that the territorial scope of the Prize Draw extends to the territory of the Community of Madrid. These Rules are therefore governed by Law 6/2001 of 3 July on Gaming in the Community of Madrid, and subsidiarily by applicable Spanish law. Any breach of the rules and regulations set out in these Rules by a participant will result in their immediate disqualification and expulsion from the Prize Draw, with forfeiture of the Prize, where applicable.

The Prize from this Prize Draw will be subject to the tax obligations and withholding of Personal Income Tax (IRPF) in accordance with Spanish legislation in force at the time of its delivery. It will be the Organiser's responsibility to make the legally required withholding and payment on account, and the winner's responsibility to declare it in their corresponding Personal Income Tax return.

Participants and the Organiser agree that any disputes that may arise in the interpretation or execution of these Rules shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona and their hierarchical superiors.
