ENJOY YOUR COLOURIMETRY EXPERIENCE AT THE VILLAGE!

Scan your purchases* made between 1 March 2026 and 28 February 2027 in any participating boutique in Las Rozas Village (the “Village”) equipped with a scanner, and once you reach purchases totalling at least €6,000, you will receive a colourimetry session with one of our stylists at the Village (the “Reward”, the “Experience”, or the “Colourimetry Experience”, interchangeably).

Please remember to ask staff to correctly scan your code when making your purchases.

Once the above conditions have been met, you will receive an email (the “Email”) informing you that you have access to the Reward.

The Experience is free of charge and limited to the person who has received the Email, personally and non-transferably.

The Experience has a maximum duration of 2 hours and requires a minimum of 1 week’s prior reservation. In all cases, the Experience is subject to availability and must take place in person at the Village.

The Experience may be redeemed once only, from receipt of the Email and until 31/03/2027, at the latest.

To request the Experience, the Member must either visit Concierge Services at the Village in person or contact Concierge Services by email at conciergeservices@lasrozasvillage.com, providing their preferred date and time for the session.

At the time of booking, the personal Membership code, the Email, and the Member’s ID or passport must be presented.

Additionally, on the day of the visit, the Member benefiting from the Experience must scan their personal Membership QR code.

  • Purchases that are not scanned or are scanned incorrectly will not be counted under any circumstances.

** If, having fulfilled the conditions, you do not receive the Email, please contact Concierge Services at the Village as soon as possible.

The Experience consists of a consultation and advisory service only. It does not include the cost of any clothing and/or accessories presented during the Experience, which must be purchased directly by the Member if desired.

The Reward consists solely of what is described above and does not extend to any other service or concept not expressly specified.

The Reward is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for its cash value or for alternative rewards, even of lower value.

We are not responsible for the services provided by the stylist, nor for any inability to perform the session due to stylist unavailability or circumstances beyond our will and/or control, whether due to force majeure or otherwise, including delays or cancellations that may occur.

The general terms and conditions of the Membership Programme shall also apply to this Reward.
