The right to receive the gift is personal and non-transferable, meaning it is valid for one person only and must be collected in person at the Las Rozas Village boutique. Redemption period: 3 months from the date of receiving the Communication or, in any case, while supplies last. After this period, the right to the gift will be forfeited, and no compensation will be provided. The gift consists of a chocolate treat (subject to availability at the boutique). The gift is as described above and does not extend to any other item or service not expressly specified (excluding meals, transportation, fees and/or taxes, among others). Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U. (“Value Retail”) reserves the right to modify the range and/or products included in the gift. The gift is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for its cash value or for other alternatives, even of lesser value. Value Retail cannot guarantee the quality of the products included in the gift, nor will it be responsible for the service and/or attention provided by the boutique. It will also not be liable for the inability to deliver the gift due to force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.
