  1. Visit Las Rozas Village within three months from the date of receiving this communication (the “Communication”).

  2. Go to “The Apartment” and present the Communication you received, along with your ID or passport and your Private Client personal code, to enjoy your gift.

  3. The staff at “The Apartment” will make the reservation on your behalf, without sharing your personal data, within a maximum of 48 hours from your visit. Once the reservation is confirmed, the team at “The Apartment” will contact you to confirm the date and time of your experience. Remember to scan your code at that moment.

  4. Keep scanning your purchases with your Private Client profile so we can continue surprising you with gifts like this one.

The right to receive the gift is personal and non-transferable, and therefore only you may benefit from it. Validity period: 3 months from the date of receiving the Communication or, in any case, while supplies last. After this period, the right to the gift will be forfeited, and no compensation will be provided. Please note that visits to the spa must take place during its official opening days and hours, and are subject to capacity limits and hygiene requirements freely determined by the spa itself, among other restrictions. The experience includes a 45-minute oriental-inspired sensory massage. After the massage, you may relax in the water area and enjoy the thermal oasis with an herbal infusion. The gift is as described above and does not extend to any other item, service, or concept not expressly specified (excluding meals, transportation, fees and/or taxes, among others). Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U. (“Value Retail”) reserves the right to modify the range and/or products included in the gift. The gift is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for its cash value or for other alternatives, even of lesser value. Value Retail cannot guarantee the quality of the products included in the gift, nor will it be responsible for the service and/or attention provided by third parties. It will also not be liable for the inability to deliver the gift due to force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.
