Prize draw of 30 official adidas national team shirts from teams qualified for the FIFA World Cup 2026™, running from 11 June 2026 to 14 June 2026, to celebrate the opening of the adidas pop-up boutique at Las Rozas Village.

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY TO ALL MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS PARTICIPATING IN THIS PRIZE DRAW AT LAS ROZAS VILLAGE: The Organiser is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with tax identification number B-60.689.486 (hereinafter the “Organiser” or “Las Rozas Village”), the entity responsible for managing Las Rozas Village (the “Village”). The Organiser can be contacted at its registered office at La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, postcode 08430 (Barcelona). The Organiser sets out below the official rules governing the prize draw (the “Rules” and the “Draw”, respectively), exclusively addressed to Membership members resident in Spain who participate online during the period from 11/06/2026 to 14/06/2026 inclusive (the “Period”). Participation requirements To enter, Membership members must:

Be previously registered with Membership. Be resident in Spain and have up-to-date information in their Membership profile. Consent to receiving marketing communications from the Las Rozas Village Membership programme.

To participate in the draw, the customer will receive an email in which they must confirm their participation, if they choose to do so, by clicking on the option expressly included for this purpose. In other words, participants will only be entered into the draw once they have expressly confirmed their participation as described above. The draw will take place once the Period has ended, specifically on 15 June 2026. Prize The prize consists of 30 official adidas national team shirts from teams qualified for the FIFA World Cup 2026™, with an individual value of:

€100 for shirts from Spain (12 shirts), Argentina (7 shirts), Germany (5 shirts) and Colombia (3 shirts) €150 for shirts from Mexico (3 shirts)

Only one entry per person is permitted. There will be a total of 30 winners (one winner per shirt). Winners will be selected at random via the platform random.org. They will be notified by email and must reply with their contact details (full name, address, landline and/or mobile number, ID number, and email address). The Organiser will then inform them of the collection point. The deadline to respond and provide details is seven (7) calendar days from the notification being sent. Failure to reply or express refusal will result in the prize being declared void. Shirts will be assigned randomly; it is not possible to choose a specific model. Prize conditions The prize is:

Non-transferable Not redeemable for cash Not exchangeable for alternative prizes

The prize does not include any items not expressly specified, including but not limited to:

Allowances Transport Taxes or charges related to the prize

The prize must be collected at Concierge Services at Las Rozas Village and cannot be sent by post. Collection period The deadline for physical collection of the prize is 31 July 2026. After this date, the winner will lose entitlement to the prize without compensation. Winners must present valid ID (passport, national ID or driving licence) and sign a receipt upon collection. Eligibility exclusions The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

Persons under 18 years of age Employees, directors or partners of the Organiser, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village, or related companies within The Bicester Collection group Agencies, suppliers and collaborators involved in the promotion Immediate family members of the above

If a winner falls into any of these categories, they will be disqualified and the prize invalidated. A new winner will then be selected. Liability The Organiser:

Accepts no responsibility for fraudulent participation by third parties Shall not be liable for force majeure events Shall not be responsible for failed entries due to technical issues

The Organiser reserves the right to replace the prize with another of equal or higher value if necessary. Acceptance of rules Participation in the draw implies full acceptance of these Rules. Taxation Where applicable, the Organiser will make the corresponding withholding for Personal Income Tax. Any tax implications arising from acceptance of the prize will be borne by the winner. Publicity Winners agree that their name and/or image may be published on the Organiser’s website, social media, or other media for promotional purposes. This authorisation is non-exclusive and non-transferable. Governing law and jurisdiction This draw is governed by the laws of the Community of Madrid, specifically Law 6/2001 of 3 July on Gaming, and by applicable Spanish law.
