TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE “SCRATCH AND WIN” PROMOTION FOR MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS – WHO MEET THE CONDITIONS – BETWEEN 26 JANUARY AND 15 FEBRUARY 2026 AT LAS ROZAS VILLAGE
  1. The Organiser is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with NIF B-60.689.486 (hereinafter the “Organiser”, “Las Rozas Village” interchangeably), the entity that manages the Las Rozas Village centre (the “Village”). The Organiser may be contacted at its registered office at La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, C.P. 08430 (Barcelona).
  2. The Organiser will carry out a promotion from 26 January until 15 February 2026 – both inclusive –, which will consist of delivering one (1) “Scratch and Win” type card (the “Cards” or, individually, the “Card”) to certain Membership members – who meet the conditions to be indicated – so that they may win gifts and/or certain experiences or benefits, provided by the Organiser itself, by one or more participating boutiques in the Village and/or by other external collaborators (jointly the “Collaborators”). 
  3. The action (the “Action”) will take place from 26 January 2026 to 15 February 2026 (or earlier if the stock of Cards is exhausted), both days inclusive (the “Period”). 
  4. Specifically, all those persons who, being Membership members, meet the following requirements may participate in the Action (the “Customers” or, individually, the “Customer”); thus: 
  • Customers will be entitled to receive one Card for every three hundred and fifty Euros (350.-Euros) (taxes not included) spent on purchases, in the same week during any week within the Period, in any of the establishments in the Village (the “Purchases”). In any case, each Customer may accumulate up to a maximum of three (3) Cards for each week of purchases in the Village. The weekly periods will coincide with calendar weeks, that is, from Monday to Sunday. Thus, a Customer may accumulate the three (3) Cards that, at most, can be accumulated when their purchases made in the Village during the same calendar week (from Monday to Sunday, both inclusive) reach, at minimum, the amount of one thousand and fifty Euros (1,050.-Euros), taxes not included. Once that week in question has passed, the tally will start again; and so on for each calendar week included in the Period.
  • Customers must be registered in “Membership” or register at the time of making their Purchases. 
  • Scan their customer code (“the Code”) at the time of making the Purchases in the Village, in order to register their Purchases and prove their status indicated in the previous point. 
  • In addition to the present ones, the terms and conditions specific to the “Membership” programme are susceptible to application to the present Action. 
  1. Thus, Customers who visit Las Rozas Village and prove compliance with the previous conditions will have access to the corresponding number of Cards, which they may collect at the “Concierge Services” space in the Village. 

Without prejudice to all this, Customers, to receive the Card(s), must show to the Concierge Services staff: (i) their Code;  (ii) their DNI, passport (or analogous identification document that incorporates a photograph); and (iii) a copy of the corresponding purchase tickets.  6. Each Card is personal and non-transferable, as is the right to receive it. Therefore, to receive a Card, all Purchases must have been made by the same Customer, who for this purpose must comply, personally, with all the terms and conditions that are applicable.  7. Customers must scratch the Card(s) received, directly, at that instant, that is, in the same Concierge Services space and in the presence of the staff designated by the Organiser. In otherwise and in the event of a winning Card, the Customer, at the time of collecting the corresponding prize, should carry with them the original of said Card and show the documentation indicated in point “5” above.  8. Among all the Cards, Customers will have the possibility of winning some of the types of prizes that, in total, some of the Cards contain (the “Prizes”, or, individually, the “Prize”); those that result in a prize. Furthermore, some of them incorporate the option to play again, in which case the Customer would have access to an additional Card, independently of whether it corresponded or not due to the volume of Purchases (put another way, that Card would not be included in the tally of the maximum number of three (3) daily Cards per Customer).  9. The Prizes are as follows:

  1. Upon showing the Card, where applicable, with a prize, the Customer, by complying with the requirements indicated previously, will have the right to receive the corresponding Prize. In cases where – as inferred from the table above – the Prize is available for collection at the Village’s own Concierge Services, the Customer may collect it there from then on, at any time and respecting in any case the deadline indicated in the table for each Prize. In the event that the Prize consists of an experience facilitated by a Collaborator, the Concierge Services staff will deliver a gift “voucher” to redeem the Prize directly with the Collaborator, in the place indicated for that purpose. 
  2. Once the period indicated for collection (and, where applicable, of redemption) has passed, Customers will lose the right to the corresponding Prize, without being able to claim anything for it from the Collaborator and/or the Organiser. 
  3. For those cases in which the Prize consists of an experience* provided by a Collaborator, it is expressly stated that the Collection Period indicated in the table above for this type of Prizes refers to the period for collection of the “voucher” at Concierge Services. The maximum Period to enjoy the Prize will be freely defined by the Collaborator, the Organiser being totally external to this. 
  4. In any case, it is expressly stated that the Prizes may be subject to their own terms and conditions, freely defined by the Collaborators. Therefore, the Organiser cannot provide guarantees with respect to the Prizes. Furthermore, please note that depending on the nature of each Prize, these may be subject to availability and/or prior reservation. In case of prior reservation, it will be the responsibility of the Customer themselves to make it. Please take into account that the passing of the Period for the redemption of the Prize and/or the lack of reservation, in time and/or form, may entail the loss of the possibility to enjoy the corresponding Prize, without Value Retail or the Collaborator having to respond for it. Likewise, some of the Prizes may be at your disposal until places or available stocks are exhausted. 
  5. The Prizes may not be, in whole or in part, transferable nor exchanged for their cash value, nor for alternative prizes, not even of lesser value. 
  6. The Prizes do not extend to any other concept that is not expressly specified, listing in an enunciative but not limitative manner, the following exclusions:
  • Subsistence (unless the Prize consists of an experience in a catering establishment or similar);
  • Transfers;
  • Fees and taxes, among them, those derived from the Prize and the tourist tax. 
  1. The following persons cannot participate in the present Action and, therefore, cannot result in being winners:
  • Those under 18 years of age;
  • The partners, directors and employees of the Organiser nor of La Roca Village, nor of Las Rozas Village, nor of the other companies in the group of companies that apply the concept of The Bicester Collection, the agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators who have participated in the preparation of this, as well as the children and direct relatives of all these.

If, for any reason, a person listed in the previous paragraph results in being a winner, the Organiser may cancel/disqualify the participant and withdraw/invalidate the Prize for not complying with the participation requirements. Any attempt at fraud may be prosecuted by the Organiser and to that effect, it reserves the right to initiate as many actions as may correspond to it with the aim of claiming compensation for damages and any other right that assists it.  In any case, the Organiser is exonerated from responsibility for the fraudulent participation of third parties and for the bad practices of these, external to the Organiser, in the promotion and development of the Action.

  1. The Organiser will not respond for cases of force majeure as well as acts that are not imputable to it, directly, that could prevent the winner from the total or partial enjoyment of their Prize.
  2. The Organiser does not accept any responsibility for participation not completed successfully for reasons of technical failure or of any kind; as well as for decisions or criteria corresponding to the scope of decision of the Collaborators.
  3. The Organiser (and, where applicable, the Collaborators) reserves the right to substitute the Prizes for alternatives of equivalent or superior value if it results in being necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. 

Likewise, we reserve the right to block, suspend or reject the delivery of the Prize and even to suspend or terminate your “Membership” account in case of founded suspicion of fraud or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions that result in being applicable.  At the same time, the Organiser and/or the Collaborators may withdraw the right to the Prize from those Customers who, at the time of its redemption or enjoyment, refuse to follow the directives of the Collaborator involved, have inappropriate behaviour or who put or may put in danger their own physical, emotional or mental integrity, or that of any third person (including, among others, cases of anti-social, unethical behaviour or that cause nuisance of any kind in the judgment of the Collaborator). 20. Mere participation in the Action implies the full acceptance of the present terms and conditions, implying that the participant has read and understood them and that they expressly accept their full content, without reservations or limitations. The Organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel at any time the conditions of the Action, committing to communicate the new terms and conditions or, where applicable, its definitive cancellation. In particular if for reasons of force majeure, external to the will of the Organiser, the Las Rozas Village centre had to be closed to the public and therefore the Action could not be carried out, Customers will not be able to make any claim to the Organiser.  22. In compliance with what is established in the current legislation, in the case that it is applicable, the Organiser and/or the Collaborators must perform the corresponding withholding and payment on account for Personal Income Tax to the winning Customers of each Prize, which they will declare in the corresponding tax models. The tax repercussions that the obtaining of the Prize has on the taxation of the recipient/winner, will be on their account, so the Organiser and the Collaborators remain relieved of any responsibility in this respect.  23. Winning Customers accept and authorise that the mention of their name and/or image collecting their Prizes may be published on the website and social networks of the Organiser if the latter so deems, as well as in any other commercial, advertising support or communication medium that the Organiser may use or contract (internal or external), in order to inform and make public the result of the Action. Said authorisation is provided only for said purpose, in a non-exclusive and non-transferable manner. Each winner undertakes to participate, in reasonable terms, in subsequent advertising initiatives that the Organiser may request. 24. For the purposes of the applicable regulations, it is stated that the territorial scope of the Action extends to the territory of the Community of Madrid. Thus, the present terms and conditions are governed by the specific laws of the Community of Madrid and/or by the laws of Spain that result in being applicable. The non-compliance with any of the rules and norms established in the present terms and conditions by a Customer, will determine their immediate disqualification and expulsion from the Action, with loss of the Prize, where applicable.  25. The Customers and the Organiser accept that any controversies that could arise in the interpretation or execution of these terms and conditions will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona city.
