At Las Rozas Village, a Fashion Stylist is your dedicated fashion expert. They know every boutique inside-out and use that insider knowledge to hand-pick pieces and outfits designed to help you feel your best. Book an appointment in our private space to discover looks created just for you or have them accompany you around the Village boutiques.

How much does a Personal Shopping appointment cost?

Appointments are available to all guests. Please note, purchase of a €1000 Gift Card is required to reserve your appointment, but can be redeemed in the Village during your session.

Where will my appointment take place?

Starting with a consultation in our beautiful private space, The Apartment, we’ll then explore the Village's boutiques together to find your perfect look, gift, or investment piece.

How does an appointment work?

When you contact our Fashion Stylists, they’ll reach out within 48 hours to learn more about your needs. Based on your request, they’ll curate an edit for you to review together during your appointment. If you wish to purchase anything, our Fashion Stylists can arrange payment via a single, authorised pay link – even if you’re shopping from multiple brands.

How do I book an appointment?

This service is exclusively available to Private Clients members and is provided in a dedicated private space, thoughtfully designed to offer a serene environment, complete privacy, and truly personalized, attentive service.

Can I collect membership points during a Personal Shopping appointment?

Yes. When you make a purchase, scan your membership code at the till point to redeem your stars.

Can I arrange a private fitting?

Our Fashion Stylists are delighted to offer private fittings in the Village. Contact the team with your request and they’ll arrange everything ahead of your arrival.

Can I book a weekend appointment?

We are pleased to offer weekend appointments. However, these are in high demand and reserved quickly. When contacting our Fashion Stylists, do let them know if you’d like to book a weekend appointment and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
